We love it! Help with my panic attacks.
I got this blanket as my panic attack was getting worse especially around bed time. My goal was mainly to use on my legs as I already have stuffed animals to give pressure on my chest plus my legs have the jittery feeling more than other parts.At first I felt as if i got the wrong weight. It’s super heavy, it’s much heavier than I expected. I have put my weighted plushies on my body to make them the same weight but the blanket alone still feels much heavier.However, I do got used to it later and it becomes very comforting. My young son also enjoying the blanket as well. Even he’s having a hard time with it he can still manage to drag it around and comfortably wrap the blanket around himself whenever he wants to.I enjoy the length. I’m only 5ft tall so this fit me perfectly.I wouldn’t recommend to cover your whole body with this blanket during hotter time or when there’s little air flow. This blanket is quite thick due to material and the beads, I got sweat sometimes and end up waking up in the middle of the night.Plus side I discovered after using this blanket is no one can steal my blanket unless the meant to ! I share the bed with my son and he often kicks all the blankets away including mine, but that never happen with this weighted blanket lol. It also help me comfort my son and help him fall asleep faster on the days he’s having a hard time.

Sherpa is so soft debris won’t come out of it and get stuck in it and blanket is not a queen size
OK here it goes. I’m not gonna lie. The color is absolutely remarkable. I got the purple. The Sherpa side is very soft and beautiful. The problem is is it looks like hell after using it for one day because unless you have no debris, no lint nothing anywhere near where you’re using this blanket Then I guess it will look better a little bit longer than a few days but still the Sherpa is going to get roughed up and look really terrible and get rough really quick because it’s almost too soft and it does not hold up well as far as that part goes. So I will tell you that I actually had to put it in the dryer to try to get the debris out of it because I was sitting on my couch and using it and not only did crumbs get stuck in it any lint or debris or thread on the floor or anything at all got stuck in this, and it took me like 10 times of drying it Not on dry or heat but you know air dry it took me at least 10 times of a half an hour each and I had handfuls of loose dirt and debris in my windscreen, like literally crumbs and all kinds of things. But the blanket is still has a ton of debris in it and I cannot get it out. It gets stuck in the Sherpa and if you try to get it out then it messes up the Sherpa and pulls it all out. That’s my biggest complaint because you can’t use it in your living room or else it’s gonna get messed up really quick and then guess what you can’t use it on your bed if you’re trying to use it as your main top blanket and you want it to like look nice on your queen size bed because my ad says queen size well, I didn’t bother to measure my bed because I assumed they were correct when they wrote the measurement down so I just ordered it because it said queen size I should’ve measured because it is the size they said it is 60 x 80. Here’s the problem 60 x 80 covers exactly 60 from the top side to the side on the deck bed but 80 is short on a queen bed by a couple of inches long wise it does not go over the edge at all so it barely goes to the edge of a queen bed, so it’s not decorative looking if you want to lay it on top of there to keep it nice and only climb under the sheets. That way you don’t mess up your Sherpa Butt, your blanket isn’t gonna cover you all the way and less you pull it toward you and bundle it up because once you crawl in it’s gonna be too short to go over your body. Now say you got two people in your queen size bed there’s no way in hell this blank it’s covering both of you. Good luck with that because like I said, it barely makes it to the other side of the bed laying flat not going over bodies so Someone doesn’t get part of the blanket and then you have to lay it back out but then the sides there’s nothing it’s not even like a comforter where it goes at least halfway over the sides. No it’s not like that it literally only goes to the very tippy top edge of the top of the mattress laying flat, so what’s the point in that because if you choose to forget that and not use it on your bed , then you can’t use it as a throw because then it gets ruined immediately from being rustled around in your living room with your dog jumps on it or falls on the floor and gets debris on it or your couch. Add debris on it or whatever and less you clean like 10 times a day. This thing is gonna look like hell in about three days so my blanket looks terrible and I’ve had in about a week and I’m very disappointed with that fact, so pretty much I’m not sure what I’m gonna do. I mean it feels nice and by the way, 20 pounds is a lot to walk around. It’s really hard to pick up and put onto your body while you’re trying to sit on the couch and move it but if it was on your bed and you could actually crawl under it and have it cover the two of you are you that would be really nice The 20 pounds would be great if it was only on your bed and you crawled under it but it’s a little much for a throw in the living room. I’d say 15 at the most for a throw in your living room. Seriously it’s too hard to move around that’s how come I kept going to the floor and then at the Sherpa got even worse. Anyway, I’m just saying think this out and if you’re going to get it for a queen bed order the king because otherwise it’s not going over the edge and now I wish I would’ve got the king. I’m very disappointed with that so I’m kind of frustrated right now because I can’t use it in my living room because with my two dogs it’s just gonna get messed up too much and I don’t want it to look that bad that soon I’d like to take care of my investment that I do want it for my bed but it’s unusable on my bed basically , so I don’t know what to do I’m debating anyway Fire beware I mean it is soft the weights nice it kept me warm but it’s too hard to navigate in the living room and it doesn’t cover your bed enough to cover you in your bed or someone else with you or make your bed look decorative and nice because it won’t go over the edges at all so good luck I don’t know what to say that’s my honest review I feel frustrated. Maybe I should just exchange it for a king and put it on my bed. Maybe I’ll do that. Well, good luck, everyone , I’m not sure this is the right brand I mean on sale maybe it’s worth it to do the household but if you have two of you and you want it for your bed you’re gonna have to buy two and double layer partial over partial because it won’t go over the edge so don’t even think that it will cause it won’t sell They were right it was 60 x 80 go measure the top of your queen mattress and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
