Love this. Would recommend.
Arrived faster than I expected, and it was ready to use right out of the box. The only assembly was adding the rope handles. I used it 10 minutes, and it definitely is a good work out, has a small footprint, and is easier on my knees than running. It’s also sturdy and solid. Very satisfied!

Happy with this purchase! It arrived quickly and there is no assembly required except to attach the arm cords (if you want to use them), and you can always detach them if you decide you don’t want them on.
The machine seems to be built well. The digital display is a bit cryptic, but does function. The machine does creep across the floor a little bit when using, but not significantly. I bought a thin rubber pad to put underneath of it, but haven’t tried it on carpet yet.
I have used it for about a week, but have only made it up to 10 minutes as it works your legs out very well! I was concerned with the ability to balance on it (I am 61 years old), but it is super easy to use.
I did buy the extended warranty (2 years instead of 1) just in case. I am very happy with my purchase.

Update: The seller reached out and let me know that I may actually have a defective unit, so Customer service A+, I'm getting a new unit, and my left turns should be a thing of the past while I binge seasons of My Hero and tone at the same time.
I really like this product, it works well and the movement does take a bit to get used to for a consistent go. However, the one draw back is that it turns to the left and I have to stop every few minutes to straighten it out again. if I’m watching a video while I’m using it it’s kind of annoying.

Smooth, quiet, well-balanced and very challenging!
I’m in moderate shape. I do yoga and have past ballet training, so balancing on this is very easy for me. Others may need a wall for support.
I can run about a mile tops, and I last about 15 minutes on this at a time. It is pretty gentle on my joints (not quite as easy as an elliptical, but way better than a treadmill).
My 80yo grandmother sometimes uses it sitting on a high stool, which is a low-stress modification.

Well, WOW! You get a work out standing or sitting while using this device. I'm a new user and started on it last night. I used it for a little while standing on it and rocking then sat in a chair and used it some more. I could feel the work out this morning when I woke up! I'm a 61 year-old female with weight to lose and I need to work on my balance. I stand in a doorway to use at this point, but I expect my balance to improve! There is no rug/mat and it "walks" away when I sit in chair to use. I'll be getting a mat of some sort to fix that.

So far, I love it! It’s easy to use and encourages me to exercise everyday. I know it’s not the most “intense” workout but I’m just looking for a way to make myself move a bit more than usual. The pink and white color is also super cute, which, in my house is super important 🙂‍↕️🌸
After about a week, my stepper started squeaking with each step and I couldn’t figure out why. Reached out to Merach through Amazon, and they just sent me a replacement – this one doesn’t squeak, and I really hope it stays this way past the one week mark!
