Love this! I didn’t want a watch and really liked the idea of stylish jewelry as I’m a banker. Everyone thinks it’s a bracelet. App is easy to use and have had zero issues with it. I just take it off for washing dishes and showers so it doesn’t get hot water. Per directions. Highly recommend

This is my first day using it. First impression: Pleasantly surprised! Really good quality and the bracelet has a nice weight to it and stays in place without much tension, I almost forget it’s there, and the app works nicely! No complaints so far

Just what I was looking for, and nearly perfect!
Love this bracelet! I wanted something that didn’t look so “work-out-y”, more like jewelry, and I found it in this item! I also liked that I didn’t have to worry about a size, like with a ring.Pros: Looks great! Not too large or gaudy, but also not tiny, also doesn’t look “cheap”. Good size, and I have a little smaller than normal wrists. Very lightweight, but not fragile. Works well in logging steps, activity, heart rate, pulse ox, sleep patterns. I am surprised how much I don’t notice wearing it at night. And it does not make noise! Always a plus. Customer support with the manufacturer is excellent, answering questions very quickly and wanting to ensure everything is right. No issues with it getting wet when washing hands or doing dishes. I had to rinse some food off of it (pastry bag explosion 😂) and the bracelet did just fine. I have not yet gone swimming with it & I do take it off for showering. (It doesn’t like hot water, apparently.) Fairly easy to put on and very easy to take off, and when it’s on it stays on. It doesn’t seem to need to be “tight” on my wrist, it acts just like a regular bracelet.Cons: The larger jewels on the side can catch on clothing from time to time. (If you have a looser weave sweater, watch out.) Sadly, there is NO information in the user manual about daily operations or instructions – only how to set it up with your phone. Nothing about what the lights mean, solid or flashing lights, green or red… NOTHING! The “operation video” on the app doesn’t play, and the “Product manual” is for the ring. The “FAQ’s” answer things that I can find out if I just play with the app, nothing really helpful – and they are for the ring! I had to ask the manufacturer what the green and red solid & flashing lights mean. (I still don’t know for sure, but the bracelet is working fine!) There are some issues with it doubling, tripling & even quadrupling my step count when sending information to my phone’s Health app or other apps. It will send the ENTIRE total multiple times rather than adding the steps in each section of time (if that makes sense). I’ve had to go in and delete some data to get accurate counts for other apps. BUT, I know my smart bracelet is accurate! (I did a workout that guaranteed 1000 steps, and it showed immediately on the app!) I don’t know if syncing this is a bracelet issue, a phone issue (iphone) or a synchrony between apps issue.All in all I WOULD recommend getting this smart bracelet. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you are looking for something that you can wear every day that doesn’t look like plastic.

Super cute and functional ! Had for a month , I get tons of compliments. People are shocked when I let them know it’s a fitness tracker.. results seem accurate, i’m a hairstylist, and the bracelet has worked , despite me shampooing clients multiple times a day.
