Surprisingly effective and easy to us
I was a bit skeptical about EMS belts at first, but this WZREZ stimulator has been a great addition to my daily routine. Since I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, I love that I can wear it while working or even while relaxing on the couch.You can really feel the muscles contracting, and the different intensity levels are perfect—you can start slow and gradually increase the power as you get used to it. The belt is comfortable, adjustable, and stays in place without any issues. It’s obviously not a “magic fix” on its own, but it’s an excellent tool for keeping your core engaged and toned when you’re too busy for a full gym session.

Small and Convenient But Stong
At first, I honestly didn’t believe this simple muscle shaping belt would work. When I opened the package, it looked very small and lightweight, so my expectations were low. However, once I put it on and turned on the first level, I was genuinely surprised by how strong it felt. The stimulation was powerful and effective right away. I tried the second level, but it was a bit too intense for me, so I stayed on the first level for about fifteen minutes. Afterward, I could clearly feel the same muscle soreness as if I had done dozens of sit-ups. Another big advantage is how convenient it is. I can use it anywhere, even while watching TV or going for a walk.

Engine died and does not work anymore after 5 uses
I took me a while to test it. It is easy to use at home, looks ok, fits nicely. I was enjoying using it, but before I was able to see any results – I used it about 5 times – the battery wont charge anymore and appears the engine just died. It just does not turn on the lights or charge at all. Not at all durable.

Very comfortable and easy to use
The stimulator is really comfortable. It is very easy to put on doesn’t hurt or rub uncomfortably. It is very portable and easy to move around while wearing. I like that I can clean the house or just relax and watch TV all while wearing this. It has 6 different modes and 19 intensity levels. I appreciate that it offered so much variety because I definitely needed to start out on some of the lower intensity levels at the beginning in order to get used to the device. Once I did, though, I found it very relaxing and could really feel it working. I also like how each mode really feels like you’ve done an entirely different exercise. The stimulator itself is extremely easy to use. You spray a little water on the stimulator and it is ready to go. I will continue to use this and I’m looking forward to seeing the results.

Good muscle stimulator
This device does a good job stimulating my muscles, feels like a workout without the work. The only downside is the pads on the belt does not maintain a continuous connection to my abdomen. The belt width could be thinner for a better fit on the abdomen.

I don’t usually leave reviews but hopefully this is helpful to some. You DEFINITELY need to use the water as it says…I put it on and barely felt anything on max until using water then only had to go to level 6. It definitely works and is fairly powerful…however you should note that there are only 2 conductors in the front so it does Not work the sides at all – in doing more research – many, though more expensive, have more conductors that wrap around your obliques and it would appear cover more area. Ultimately I returned this and purchased another one that worked more muscles. It’s also somewhat uncomfortable in it’s fit on me…but that just may be my build.
