Meditation Cushion (Zafu) with Buckwheat Filling – Ergonomic Support for Proper Posture, Premium Meditation Set with Breathing Light & Accessories

Nice complete kit
I struggled with whether to give this a four or five rating, but ultimately decided on a five because it really is a nice kit with several key items that are really nice. The meditation cushion filled with natural buckwheat hulls is very comfortable and the outer portion of the cushion feels smooth like felt.The singing bowl was a little bit of a mixed review. The sixth picture in the ad shows a bowl that is 4 to 5 times larger than the actual bowl you get. This was one of the things I was most excited about, and I ended up being disappointed that it was a smaller size. It didn’t give the resonating tone when you stir the included stick around the outside of the bowl. However, when I tapped the inside of the rim, or the bottom insides of the bowl, it gave very soothing and resonating sound that lasted several seconds.In addition to the meditation cards which have very nice sayings, there’s a meditation guidebook that is very informative and an easy read. One of the things I was surprised with was the breathing light shaped like a Buddha. I didn’t realize it until I read the directions, but it cycles through four different colors and it turns out each color is a visual symbol for how many seconds you should be inhaling or exhaling. It literally guides you through the breathing & meditation process.There are two things I was disappointed with that made me consider giving this four stars. One was the meditation cushion. In the second picture in the ad, it shows a woman sitting on the cushion and the cushion is literally 2 to 3 times the size of what the actual size cushion you receive. Later in the ad, it shows it more appropriate to size and even has the actual measurements so I ultimately didn’t reduce the number of stars sine the measurements are listed. Having said that, one of the pictures is very misleading.The same thing with the singing bowl, the eighth picture in the ad shows a bowl that is probably five times bigger than the actual bowl you get in this kit. However, the ninth and final picture in the ad. shows the actual measurement so while there are a couple of misleading visuals in this ad, overall it’s accurate and there’s definitely a lot of really cool items giving you a complete set for a wonderful meditation experience. Overall, I think it’s a pretty good deal, and gives you all the main tools you need for all wonderful meditation experience.
