I have searched for years and finally found my holy grail sports bra with Running Girl. If you are on the fence, jump over it now! I have tried all the major, popular brands: Puma, Yvette, and Victoria’s Secret (VS). While VS was better than Puma, and Yvette was better than both, Running Girl is in a league of its own. Size up and it’s fantastic!
I absolutely love these. I am almost always a medium and a large fits me perfect. I like that these are smooth in the front (some have seaming) and so I can wear under any t-shirt without it looking like a sports bra. The sewn in pads are a GAME CHANGER.

I love how the cups are attached inside so you don’t lose them in the wash! The material quality is soft but thick so they are supportive for any sweating during workouts. Size small was a good fit for me as a 34A. The bra cup support is sturdy for treadmill jogging.

Awesome purchase
Actually super awesome. I have D cups and this is a good supportive bra that fits well and has good stretch and medium compression. The straps are wide enough that they don’t dig in while still being cute. The pads are sewn in which is a game changer and so fabulous. Overall a great purchase, I’ll buy another.

I’m a size 36DD and I got an xl and a xxl. The xl was too small and the xxl is too big. It rolls up and offers no support

Sewn in cups! Need I say more?!
Sewn in cups!?! Say less. Honestly this sports bra is super comfortable and the fact that I don’t have to worry about the cups getting misshapen or lost is a win. FINALLY someone heard us. The straps are nice and thick but not so think that you couldn’t wear it with a tank top and the band around the chest is nice as well. Honestly plan y to buy more. No notes *chefs kiss*
