I often feel stiffness and fatigue in my neck and jaw area. The use of this red light therapy device has helped me to relax in between my busy work schedule, and its slight heat has relieved my muscle tension and enhanced my work comfort.
One random opinion –
Comfortable to wear
I ordered this because I’ve been using a red light therapy mask for a few months and I’ve actually seen some improvement overall, but my jawline is still kind of my weak spot. The mask doesn’t really hug that area the way I’d like, so I wanted something more targeted that could wrap around and stay in place.This one does that part pretty well. It stretches enough to fit snugly and the Velcro holds it where I want it, so I can move around a bit without it slipping. It’s lightweight and flexible, not stiff or awkward, which makes it easier to actually use consistently. I’ve been wearing it every other day for a few weeks, usually for about 10 minutes per session while I’m just sitting around or doing things at home.I’ll be honest, I’m not a huge fan of devices that try to pack in a bunch of different light colors with big claims for each one. I pretty much stick to the red and near-infrared settings since those are the ones I trust more. The others feel a bit like filler to me.As far as results go, I haven’t noticed any visible change in my jawline yet. No tightening or firming that I can point to so far. It does give off a slight warmth, which is comfortable, and I haven’t had any irritation or sensitivity from using it, which matters to me since I’m careful with anything I put on my skin.Summary: Comfortable and easy to wear with a good targeted fit for the jawline area, but so far I’m not seeing results. I’ll keep using it longer to see if it improves over time.

Works for shoulders and neck too
I pay to go to a gym for this. So now to have a home is nice. I have shoulder and neck issues so even though this shows neck it is working perfectly on my shoulder and neck pain

Very stiff. Not comfortable at all. The fabric stiff and pliable at all
