Comfortable and Soft, But Can Emphasize Indents on Bigger Frames
UPDATEI just bought my second Running Girl Bra, and I have to say, it’s still solid. The material is soft and comfortable, and it really holds everything in nicely. I like the support it gives, especially for workouts or daily wear.That said, if you’re on the bigger side like me (5’8, around 200 lbs), it can create some noticeable indents in your figure, which makes your rolls stand out more than usual. I’m currently on a weight loss journey and already down about 40 lbs, so I’m hoping future wear will be a bit more flattering as I continue losing weight. Overall, it’s high quality, supportive, and worth buying again if you like a bra that hugs everything in even if it emphasizes some areas a bit more than you might like.LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I will without a doubt be buying more of these. I love that the padding is sewn in, the weight is perfect, and the quality is amazing. It feels like an $80 bra. It sits on your shoulders perfectly

Compression AND support?! I’m getting another one.
As a 36DD it is HARD to find good sports bras. Something that has compression and actual support. I was really concerned about buying online, and I’ve tried a ton of different styles on now. I’m so tired of trying on clothes 🤣. Ok. Anywho. This bra is great. It slides on comfortably, I was afraid it wouldn’t but when the fabric u rolled itself I was very impressed.The princess seam in the front IS VISIBLE through your clothes but I don’t care this is for the gym.The back has a hole where of course my skin puckers, but that’s the only complaint if I can even call it that. I don’t care. This slides on easy. Is comfortable, compresses AND supports, and I feel like it’s cute. You tell me.I can jump in this with very minimal drag sag or movement.Running girl you can take my money gladly.

This bra is fantastic for the price! It’s firm and covers well, giving great support even during intense activities like running. Plus, it’s cute and stylish. You can wear it under your favorite shirt or on its own. No matter how you style it, you’ll be comfortable all day. The straps stay put without needing any adjustments, and it stretches to fit your body perfectly. The padding is smooth, providing coverage and shaping while staying in place. You’d think a sports bra like this would cost $50, but you can get it for under $17! I already have three, and I’m planning to buy more as I continue to lose weight. Nice and Comfortable Bra
Comfortable and fits well with good support. Nice color and great padding and coverage. I love this for wearing around the house or for running errands. I also wear this for treadmill and outdoor walks. I wish the pads were fixed instead of removable, but not a huge issue. The straps are nearly perfect for me and I am short. Generally bra straps are too long on me, but these are great. The quality is nice and it washes really well. I sized down and was a little tight at first but it stretched out a bit. I’m glad I got it one size smaller than I normally would and it fits really well now. I would buy it again.

Plus size comfort
I went based off the recommended sizes and measurements, purchasing a 3XL. I typically wear a size US 40D, sometimes a 42C/D depending on the brand. For reference, I am an 18/20 women’s US plus size top and my girls are very wide due to a surgical reduction many years ago. I am 5’4” and about 240-ish pounds.I was looking for a sports bra I could comfortably wear to the gym for weight training that didn’t make my large ladies look saggy and old. Perhaps I’m a bit vain but if I go to the gym to feel good, why would I want to look in the mirror and be sad about their state? They’re lovely ladies and I wanted a bra that would prevent the drooping that some sports bras cause.First I sprang for an expensive (IMO) Glamorise bra. It looks like something my grandma would strap into before going to work in the canning factory during the war. It wasn’t soft and it allowed nip appearances that were completely impractical for the gym.I like this one. Pads are sewn in and BIG – cover the entire areola and then some but not stiff nor scratchy nor noticeable under my exercise tops. The straps are NOT racer back but did sit comfortably on my shoulders without falling. I’ve worn this a few times during my WFH day under nicer blouses and at the end of the day I’ll realize I never had to touch it. It didn’t shift, itch or move. It feels breathable and stretchy but the various elements didn’t pull in a manner that I have to adjust after certain moves.I don’t do cardio workouts on land so I can’t speak to how well this prevents bounce but for non-jumping or running activity it is my go to. I’m writing this review because I came back to order more. I’m completely emptying the drawer of mediocre sports bras and replacing them with these.Editing 6/27/2025 to add that I’ve lost 30 pounds, now at 215. I could tell that my bras weren’t as supportive anymore. If you’ve ever been on the slow and steady Weight loss journey you know how one day you realize you should probably go down a size or so? Well I decided to order two more bras in a 2XL. I still love this bra at this new size. Supportive, comfortable, covers all the right things. Keep it up, RunningGirl.

Did not work for a larger chest
I had high hopes for this sports bra, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. As someone with a larger chest, I really need strong support during workouts, especially for running and jumping. This bra didn’t provide enough hold, and I experienced too much bouncing to feel comfortable or secure. The material and fit were okay, but without proper support, it just didn’t meet my needs. I ended up returning it. It might work better for low-impact activities or for those who don’t need as much support.

Comfortable to wear, but the chest band doesn’t lay entirely flat and honestly there’s no way I’d wear it running. I’m a 34D and just did the run test and there’s way too much movement for my liking. I’m not a ‘bouncy’ style runner either. So I’ll keep it for general gym work, but not running. The search continues…
