Worth it
My husband and I are both using this band for stretching our legs. This band is sturdy and well made. If you are looking for a band that has a stretchy material, this is not it – but this band is exactly what we need. I do like having all the loops to work with for different stretches. It definitely helps with our leg exercises. The price is right for what we need.

Excellent product to help me stretch better. I believe it’s a great value for my money and it’s pretty easy to use. It also comes with a manual on how to do a few stretches using this band as well. Very sturdy.

This is perfect for that job
Having sciatica is painful. I use these in my physical therapy sessions every time I go. But I also need to continue my stretching at home as well. So I really needed one of these bands that was well-made and did the job. This is perfect for that job. In fact, I take it with me to all my PT sessions now. I’m using it as I rehab from a surgery. It helps in a variety of ways to strengthen different body parts. It easily adjusts in length with the use of the multiple positioned straps. The material is soft but durable and feels good in your hands. The straps assist with gripping in a variety of lengths too. The price of this item was fabulous. I paid $6 for the teal and black one. It comes with its own carrying bag. I like the color and appearance of this strap. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend.

It works well for stretching exercises
I am using this for just one of my physical therapy exercises for my ankle, which is still recovering from the second surgery I had for a tear in a tendon. I asked my physical therapist if she could recommend a specific stretching strap, but she advised me to just search on Amazon for stretching straps and pick one. I did. It was affordable. That’s all I knew about it until I tried it for the first time. I am still using it every day for my stretching and it works very well for that. It has grips on both ends of the strap, the material is comfortable to hold and to use regularly. It is just as good if not better than the one my physical therapist has. I shared the item with my caregiver shortly after I got it, because she needed to stretch her ankle as well and she was very pleased with it, so I feel like my judgment is spot on.
