    I am so glad I found these. So much easier getting in a proper squat position while I continue to work on my ankle mobility. It definitely is slip resistant and the size is accommodating to various foot sizes. It definitely serves its function. Thank you for reading my review.

    Good addition to any home gym, doesn’t take up a lot of space and really helps focus on the quads during squats and your calves doing calf raises.

    Major Improvements!
    I have always struggled with reaching my full range of motion when I perform squats. It has been a huge roadblock in reaching my full potential strength wise! I ordered these to use at home and on vacation, which has significantly allowed me to improve my strength while targeting the correct muscle groups.

    Works great for my intended use
    I make pottery and am on a wheel for hours at a time. I decided to get these as one of them would mimick the height my left foot would need to match the right foot which is on a slanted pedal. The goal was to have my legs pretty much even while I am using the pottery wheel. It works great for this. Takes the lopsidedness off my hips and back and keeps more more in line and not leaning to one side.

    Does the job for the price. I feel like they’re a little bit small. If your feet are bigger than a women’s 8 or so, you might want a bigger model.
