I would have given this 5 stars, but the pouch is too small for today's larger phones. I have an iPhone 7+, and while I can squeeze it into the pouch, there isn't room for anything else (like my keys).
However, I love the adjustable velcro belt -it's wide enough to not dig in to your waist, and long enough that a heavier person can wear it comfortably. And since it's velcro, it's easy to adjust.
And the water bottle pouch is more than large enough – I have cirkul water bottle, which is not a standard size but the bottle fits easily and is held snugly – no bouncing around while you move. Plus it slides in and out of the pouch with no effort.
I would definitely recommend this, with the caveat that you need to know that your phone may not fit. However, I haven't seen many waist pouches that will accommodate larger phones at this time either.

Works well if you’re chubby
As a chubby person, I was concerned about how it would fit and where it would need to sit on my waist to be effective. No need to be concerned – belt is roomy and wide, pouch fits my key fob (full keys would be a stretch), my iPhone 10 max, and my mosquito net. A 24 ounce smart water fits perfectly and the angle balances the weight so I barely notice that I’m carrying it. Very easy to get water in and out of the holder one handed. I do mostly trail walking but it is comfortable even for a light jog. Seems well made. Solid purchase.

This Durable Belt is Perfect!
This is the perfect waist and water belt for my morning jogs. I just love it. It’s enabled me to store my keys, water bottle and emergency needs in a small, compact way. Thanks for this fantastic, durable and stylish accessory.

Comfy and useful!
I plan on wearing this at EDC Vegas. I wanted some sort of water with me, but I didn’t want to wear a backpack style hydration pack. Considering EDC has free water available, like, everywhere, I figured a small bottle and some way to hold it at my waist would fit the bill. Please note that the bottle is NOT INCLUDED, but I just went to 5 Below and got one for five bucks. The mesh pocket on this belt WILL fit an iPhone 12 Pro Max, there’s also a pocket in there for keys as well, and the zipper has an anti-theft clip on it, so someone can’t just easily walk up behind you and quietly unzip the pouch and make off with your goodies. It require a little bit of work and dexterity to unclip the zipper. The water bottle I purchased fits snugly, I truly feel as though I could do cartwheels while wearing this thing and nothing would fall out.

I never actually wore it and gave it away. I did not like it when I tried it on.
I donated it new unused because the three times I tried to use it, it was so hot and not comfortable on my body at least, that I took it back off. Maybe someone else will like it but I think $ s better spent on lighter materials. I went with a mesh vest with pockets and I like that fine.

Best belt for long runs
I tried many different belts and ways to take water for my long runs , but either the capacity of the belts / bottles were too small or the bottles would bounce a lot during the runs. This one is firm and adaptable and you can use a large bottle without bouncing or being loose on the body. In my opinion that is the best option!

The belt lasted one walk with my dog.
The plastic loop the belt strap went through ripped out at the end of the first walk. Yeah… not cool. Everything else is great… I’m glad the strap can be cut as extra material, and I’ll use that to sew the plastic loop into the belt again.

El único inconveniente que le veo es que la bolsa es muy pequeña solo cabe el celular, pero no las bolsitas de gel ni kleneenex.
