Decent Starter Exercise Pack for Pilates Rings
This is the fourth set of exercise cards I’ve gotten. These cards provide clear instruction on positioning your body, performing said exercise, and a good number of repetitions. There’s a sample workout program to get you started. The cards are an okay quality and the storage box is on the flimsy side. The cards are easy to get out of the box and it doesn’t pop open when loose in your bag. The cards are pre-punched so you can put them on an included ring, but they feel a bit thin to do that (thinner paper than a standard card deck). These are also bigger than other exercise cards I’ve ordered. They are easy to read, but not as portable due to their size. The star reduction is for the paper quality.

Structured variety for home Pilates
The real value here is the deck of 58 exercise cards. It takes the guesswork out of your routine and keeps you from doing the same three moves over and over. The ring itself provides the perfect amount of ‘squeeze’ resistance for inner thigh and chest work. It’s a great way to add intensity to a floor routine without needing a full reformer setup. The 4-week challenge is a nice touch for staying motivated

Great set for beginners or advanced ring workouts!
This Pilates Ring Workout set is fantastic for both beginners and advanced users. The 58 exercise cards are clear, well-illustrated, and easy to follow, making it simple to learn new movements or add variety to a routine. I really like that it includes a 4-week challenge, which keeps workouts structured and motivating. The two rings are sturdy and comfortable to use, and the dry-erase feature for organizing workouts is a smart addition. It works perfectly at home, in the gym, or even in a studio setting. The pink color is a nice touch as well.Overall, this is a complete and well-thought-out workout tool that makes Pilates both accessible and challenging. Great value for anyone looking to build strength, tone, and flexibility.

Joke
It’s joke. The exercises involve rings. Rings that go around your thigh for example.. These rings go around my thumb!

Nice
I really like this Pilates Ring workout card set! I am new to this form of exercise so I am excited to have everything laid out in a way that is easy for me to understand and follow along. One thing that bothered me about this card set is that they used terms that I was unfamiliar with and I had to do additional research. I think these cards should have had a few more instructional cards to explain terms and make sure that everyone, even the most basic of beginners, can follow along. Things like “Supine Hook Position”, “Tabletop position”, or the technical names for muscle groups. This is important, especially with anything medical, that people can follow along correctly and not get hurt. I think the cards themselves have a great deal of information and are relatively easy to follow, but a few more info cards in the beginning “Guide” section would be useful. This also comes with a handy dry erase marker to write on the cards that you use. You can then erase it and reuse the cards over and over again. The cards stay together nicely on the provided ring and an extra one is provided for you to build your own work out from the cards, if you desire. Overall, I like these and I have enjoyed using them, but I do think for a complete beginner, a few more info cards are needed.

Makes Pilates More Fun
This was a fun little introduction for me into Pilates. The cards are broken down into 5 categories of exercise (lower body, upper body, back, core and total body) and there’s 8-11 cards in each category. There’s also cards with suggested workouts or blank ones to write your own routine with the dry erase pen. Each card has a detailed picture of the exercise on the front, and the back tells you if it’s easy, med or hard with written steps on how to perform the exercise along with notes on how to increase the difficulty level. Just don’t make the same mistake I did and think it includes the Pilates ring! The rings mentioned are to hold the cards.
