The perfect size pill box!
This is my 2nd one. It’s worth it, despite the fact that I know the latch will break. My last one broke so I put two pieces of invisible tape on the new one before use on the hinge part to reinforce it. You can’t see it and it did the trick. I’ve used it for a couple months now, three times a day and it’s still strong. It’s a great pill box, the compartments are strong and my small pills don’t slip under to another compartment.

Great but…
I have bought four of these. They fit my personal needs and desires better than any other pill organizer. I prefer not to have to divide out days and days of doses, especially when, as I often do, I am on a multiple week trip. The bins are numerous enough and large enough to fit in three months worth of pills. Yes, I have to pick out each daily dose but I’m fine with that. They are just the right size to fit in my baggage somewhere.The only part I don’t like is that the latch that holds them closed is prone to breakage. I have four because two of them have broken latches. Yes, I can still use them with broken latches, especially at home but, when traveling, I have to use rubber bands as back up to keep my pills from spilling out. And that is whether the latch is broken or not. They would be perfect if the latch could be made more sturdy. Given that, I still prefer them to any other I have had or seen.

Perfect size, sleek design, reasonably priced!
This is the perfect size. No longer can you purchase OTC meds in cruise ports for a minimal amount, they are EXPENSIVE if you can find them. The cruises themselves dont sell them anymore. This container is slim, well protected, easy to open, sleek and holds a lot of stuff. I put ointments, pepto, tums, tylenol, advil, antibiotics (ya never know), anti diarrheal, cold medicine, etc in this box. It all fits perfectly. You can even make the spaces inside customized and its sturdy enough to put in your checked luggage as long as you know not to put your “needed” script stuff in there until you reach your destination. Perfect box, perfect size. Just try it. Reasonably priced. Easy open and easy close and stays closed.

Great little container that does the job!
I don’t use this as a pill organizer. Purchased 12/2023 and still holding up great. Works great at holding my blood sugar supplies for hypoglycemia that I can easily fit into my purse!

Cheap Latch, Completely Useless Now
I purchased this in November 2025 and within a couple of months the latch completely broke off. The plastic used for the closing mechanism is extremely thin and weak, and it failed under normal use.Because the lid no longer closes, the organizer is essentially unusable—pills can spill, mix, and are no longer protected from moisture. This is a design flaw, not user error.I didn’t have time to write this review earlier, but as of April 2026 I’m finally sharing my experience because this product did not hold up.A product meant to store medication should be durable and secure. Very disappointing quality. I do not recommend this product.

As you can tell by the photos, I love myself some pills. Sadly, instead of the fun, recreational ones, I require mine to stay on the living side of the spectrum instead of 6 feet under or wherever one chooses to take the big nap.Anyway-I came across these bad boys after having to utilize a large makeup case with wheels to transport my numerous bottles and IV meds (don’t worry, I actually am sick and have a peripherally inserted central line (PICC)). I was pleasantly surprised that I could fit 1 month of a single med (minus the Cromolyn-that comes in a giant keg) into one of the compartments. It is nice being able to carry them in a small bag, rather than a dump truck.One tiny issue is the clip to keep it closed-one of mine broke and I haven’t yet replaced it. My meds are mostly compounded and the same colour, so there may a few days of Russian Roulette (the pill version) if I end up dropping it. YOLO!!!
