Overall very good.
I have used this rower for approximately two weeks now and overall I am enjoying it very much. I was unable to tighten the screws and bolts down on my own, so my husband had to bring some special tools to do that.I like that the unit folds up and can be stored out of the way. The wheels don’t really slide very well so it is a bit difficult to move. I am currently using it with just under a half tank of water for resistance so that I can build up stamina, and then increase the difficulty by adding more water as I become more used to operating it. It is slightly difficult to get my feet strapped into properly and the digital display is quite difficult to read so that is why I only gave it four stars. I would definitely buy this again, but it does need a rework of the foot straps and the digital display.

Dad’s new morning exercise routine
Since moving this rowing machine to the corner of the living room, my dad’s morning exercise routine has directly upgraded. At six o’clock every day, he paddled slowly while listening to the radio. The sound of the water was as gentle as walking on the river in the early morning. The resistance is easy to adjust, he practices slowly at his own pace, and I feel it is very stable even if I occasionally go up and stroke a few times. The seat slide track is smooth and not astringent, and it is not burdensome for the elderly to use it. After paddling for twenty minutes, he went to the kitchen to cook breakfast in high spirits. The most considerate thing is that it can be folded and stored, so it doesn’t take up any space and can fit in your parents’ small apartment. Dad said that this is not exercise equipment, but a “little partner to wake up the body” every day.

Decompressing time after get off work
I am the kind of person who is so tired after get off work that I just want to lie down, but since I got this water resistance rowing machine, I look forward to exercise time in the evening. After dinner, I opened the window, and there was only the rhythmic sound of water flowing in the room, like rowing a boat in the night to relax. The resistance adjustment range is large, I can row slowly in the easy mode, while my husband likes to challenge the intensity. The machine is stable and the slide rails are smooth, so you can practice for a long time without disturbing the neighbors. After practicing, my body felt warm and I felt relaxed. The best thing is that after folding, it can stand against the wall without affecting the space in our small study room. Exercise used to be a pressure, but now it has become a small ritual that settles the day.

Crap battery opp digital tracker
This is a really nice low impact form of exercise. My only complaint is the piece of trash digital display that requires batteries apparently. That one item just annoys the crap out of me. Especially for the price I paid. I guess I won’t be tracking anything as I refuse to buy batteries for this beautiful rower with the cheap trash digital attachment….. oh and the foot straps are a joke.

A fantastic portable machine
This is a fantastic heavy duty machine, it fits well with my home gym, and I have been extremely impressed with its performance and overall design. The adjustable water tank provides an incredibly realistic rowing experience, making my workouts feel immersive and natural, just like being on real water.
