Thoughtfully designed, well made, excellent value
Absolutely fantastic running shirt, nothing short of excellent! The shirt feels so light and airy, you practically feel like you are wearing nothing, and yet it protects your skin from the sun. The style and construction are optimal to provide the ease of movement without restricting any range of motion. The fit is very comfortable, the top has sufficient positive ease to allow airy non-clingy fit, yet it is very flowy and hugs your body silhouette thanks to the soft flowy lightweight jersey knit fabric. It is buttery soft on the skin, breathable and lightweight. The construction of the top allows full coverage of the body parts exposed to sun: 1. Hood protects your neck against frying under the sun rays and has an opening for your ponytail; 2. Sleeves are long enough to cover hands until the fingers, yet have opening for watch and the thumb. 3. It has convenient safety feature – Reflective stripe in the back, and 4. Side pocket to slide the phone in, also with a reflective lettering MIER. Seams are solid, straight, uniform and even. They lie flat against the skin without causing irritation and they look neat on the outside. Fits true to size, providing a slightly relaxed fit. I am between XS and S. I decided that I want a loser fit and ordered size S, so it is perfect for my 5’3 1128 lbs frame. The length of the sleeves and the shirt are also perfect for my height.I love this shirt style and quality so much that I will get it in other colors. Overall, the running shirt is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail and well crafted. Great quality and value for the price. 5 stars

Lightweight Sun Protection That Actually Feels Comfortable
I genuinely really like this sun shirt, especially for outdoor activities in the heat. The first thing that stood out to me is how lightweight it feels. It does not have that heavy or sticky feeling that some long sleeve shirts can have in warm weather. Instead, it feels breathable and easy to move in, which makes a big difference if you are running, walking, or just spending time outside.

Great quality and color
I love this shirt! The blue is very pretty and it fits my 5’1 150lbs well. I bought the large and I like the flow it gives, could go smaller if I wanted it tighter. It is lightweight and nice for those early morning slight chill days. It is pretty soft and pretty comfortable. Probably doesn’t need the hood, but it works. It is a quality material that doesn’t fade or stretch in the washer. I will add that the watch hole in the arm is only on the left, so anyone who wears their watch on their right arm is out of luck.

Great Sun protection and comfortable shirt
This is a thoughtfully designed sun shirt. I like the placement of its pockets, I’m not a runner but I find it convenient when I’m gardening to be able to keep my phone close on hand and feel if it’s vibrating or something while still being protected from the Sun and not having my hands full. It’s lightweight and durable and has been able to withstand the rigors of me gardening wearing it. It fits nicely and as comfortably snug. Overall, this is a worthwhile expense if you’re outside a lot, in my opinion.

Looks like I’ve found a new go to brand for UPF sportswear
As a mom to a redhead with super fair skin, I’ve been in the UPF clothing game for decades. I’m honestly pretty picky when it comes to how the fabric feels and breathes, and this MIER shirt totally nailed it.The material is so lightweight and breathable, it’s hard to believe it’s actually UPF 50. I grabbed the XS in Blue, and at 4’11” and 110 lbs (32D), the fit is perfect as was the color. Plus, it has all the little extras I love: thumbholes, reflective strips (one on back and logo on front), a side pocket for my phone, and even a watch opening (though sorry lefties, it’s only on the left side). For those that are uber sensitive to seams, this shirt is not heat seamed, but the seams do lie flat so you don’t feel them.Seriously, this top has everything—comfort, protection, and great details—all for a great price. I’ve paid the same amount for shirts that didn’t have any of these features!

Excellent sportswear
The MIER long sleeve sun shirt for women is excellent and is certainly a keeper. The fabric is soft, lightweight, airy, and well designed. The color is lovely. The hood is perfect for protecting my neck and head from the sun. I would buy again.
