Product is great. Comes with everything needed for a total body workout. Exercise chart is great to reference the different exercises. Bands, handles, pilates bar, and ankle straps are good quality. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using my Pilates bar for almost a month now and absolutely love it! It’s easy enough to use while still getting a great workout!The only reason I gave 4/5 was because a lot of instructors on YouTube have you roll the bar to get more resistance and the straps don’t roll well.
