Nice gym tool
Hubby has been seeing this all over TikTok so I decided to get it for him. It’s pretty sturdy, the grips are comfortable, and the difficulty of it works out well so it’s sturdy. Pretty good for the price and it doesn’t take up a lot of space like dumbbells would. He keeps it in the garage but often brings it with him out.

Good starting exercise implement for the money but if you have the money opt for a better one.
Game three stars for two reasons; one is that the foam guard came off. This doesn’t affect anything but it did open you up for getting hair or skin in the spring. Two is that it makes a noise with every fold. It’s not very loud but if you’re doing a thirty minute exercise it’ll get annoying. The second reason is that when you do it like the instructions say your forearms will start to curt. The foam guard doesn’t have enough cushion to fully protect your arms. For the price it’s a good starter and it does work to get your exercise in. I will eventually be getting a different one soon.

Can’t . No more weights . This amazingly affective. My boys are6’3” strong men and they only use this . We joke and say body by Amazon . Notice when you buy them the pound equivalent . This 1 is up to 120 pounds pressure. Great for traveling. Good gift . I use it also but at the lower pounds level. Add the hand grippers your set . You can put between thighs also if your strong enough. They are I’m not lol .

This thing is super hard , its for muscular people, not for average people, if you hold like in the picture the arms center will take a beating and its not fun , its painful after multiple times
