Very useful strap to add to your repertoire of daily stretches.
A very useful exercise tool that can be used for a variety of movements. I was interested in using this for improving my balance and it is easy to install and gradually increase the degree of stretching. I’m a big fan of any kind of stretching exercise and this strap allows for repeated stretching and balancing systematically. Even if used for a small number of slow stretches daily- it works and you feel the results. A great stretching strap.

Back To The Drawing Board
I used to be in ballet and still like to stay in shape and remain flexible in my joints as I get older. Thought this might work to help stretch out my back after a shoulder/back injury late last year. While this is a good concept, execution is lacking. The band is a rough fabric, so it doesn’t slide through the ring very smoothly. And the anchor ring is metal and not very sturdy at that. I can see damage to the door quickly being a problem with daily or even weekly use in the short term.Again, good concept but needs to go back to the drawing board. Reasonable price point.

Questionable Door Anchor
Comes in a nice box. Heavy duty canvas straps. At first I thought the “anchor” was missing, but then I realized it is part of the strap with the metal ring. Doesn’t feel too secure. Worried about damage to the door.

Damages the top of the door. Cannot use it.
I tried, and I’m pretty flexible, but this is made for a contortionist or ballerina. That, along with the damage it does to the top of the door makes it unusable. I can use the elastic part for other stretching exercises, but not in the way it was intended to be used.

Ok, but could use some design changes
This sort of works for stretching, but I’m worried about it damaging my door. There is a metal D-ring, that you put over the door and then you close the door. I would have rather have seen a padded anchor on the other side instead of something metal.

Not great
The material that this is made of prevents it from being a good tool. This really missed the mark for me. I’m a really flexible person and have another stretching “band” that is made from a silky material. It glides smoothly so Im able to increase my stretching abilities. The silky material makes it glide better. But the material this is made of is rough so it won’t glide smoothly over the tiny ring used in this contraption. You can’t achieve any results with this stretching band. If the material was silky then this would change things drastically!

I wanted to improve my flexibility without having to spend a fortune on expensive machines. You use your own bodyweight / movement to create tension on the cords allowing you to control the tension and resistance. It takes about 5 minutes to set up and is really simple to use. I was a little bit worried it would damage my door but it does not seem to have left any marks. This is a great budget friendly way to increase your flexibility at home.

I’ll be honest, I’m sorry to say as someone who attends regular classes to work on flexibility that this strap isn’t the best stretching aid I’ve come acrossIt’s simple design means you can secure one leg in one side and pull the other to create leverage. The tape then slides through the hole giving you the stretch. I love the main strap is adjustable but ilthe over the door part is lacking and the metal part, unless you own an attachabke door anchor (the fiam roll things) like I do, it will end up damaging the door where the tension on the metal pullsFor me I found most positions didn’t offer enough height in the stretch, I’m 5ft 7 and still a long way from the splits. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t do anything. A resistance bad can’t do, aside hook over the door. This just isn’t for me, sorry

Nice looking and feels like good quality. The colour of the strap is nice but I think the strap could do with being a little thicker as it creases while holding it. The pads in the straps are comfortable but after long term use I am not sure how long they will last, but at the outset they are good and protect hands and ankles from the strap. No set up needed and can use straight from the box. The door anchor is quite small so if there is a gap at the top of the door the anchor may well come through. Also make sure your door latches otherwise pulling on the strap will lead to the door opening and you crashing down on the floor!

Need to get more supple as I can feel myself seizing up the older I get. I’ve promised myself I’ll get more supple and flexible and hopefully this will help. Will start with this and some morning yoga – or try to 🫣🤣

First, an acknowledgement that I ordered the wrong thing. The stretching strap with door anchor does not stretch. Following a shoulder injury, I’ve been given some physio exercises that require a resistance band attached to a door frame. This is not that and I do not do yoga, dance or ballet so all I can do is describe the product and explain why I’ve only rated it three stars.Starting with the door anchor, which is simply a short length of the strap with a D-ring at each end. It works if you trap it in the door shut but there’s nothing to prevent it slipping through a large gap or the D-ring damaging a door frame. I’ve subsequently found a suitable band for my exercises which came with a much better door anchor that has a solid cylinder covered in felt to ensure security and prevent damage. The main strap runs through one of the door anchor D-rings and is terminated at each end with an adjustable buckle and a loop fed through a foam pad. I’m unimpressed with the foam pads which arrived dented and damaged and I doubt will be very durable when used as intended. If this is the product you need I’m sure it is as good as any other but I don’t feel the quality justifies the £20 price.
