Convenient set offering lots of variety in exercises
I am reviewing B0GFNLDJ64 “Pilates Bar Kit with Resistance Bands – Adjustable Home Gym Workout Equipment for Women & Men – Portable Pilates Equipment for Squats, Yoga & Full Body Toning”.This exercise set is easy to set up, and then easy to put away and store when needed. The long bar screws together, the bands can be wrapped up, and the other pieces are small enough to fit neatly into the included bag. I specifically ordered this kit because it comes with a door anchor. That really increases the variety of moves you can do with the bands. I could not find this in the instructions, but generally, you’re supposed to put the anchor on the “inside” of the door, then you do your workout on the “outside”, either facing the door or facing away from it, depending on the exercise. It looks like that’s what their picture shows, but they should spell it out in my opinion, because what if for some reason theirs is different? I’ve been using it this way and it feels stable, but do your own research or ask the company if you’re concerned. I like the different colors they offer and love the idea of color coding the resistance levels. I ordered the pink, and wish there was a bit more contrast between the color of the levels. The 30lb bands are clearly the lightest, but it is really hard to see a difference between the 40 and 50, and I always get 100% on those “color sensitivity” tests, so people with less color acuity might have a harder time. Fortunately, they are also labelled on one end, but would be nice if the color shading was more distinct. Still better than just random colors with no pattern though!! The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is value — currently priced at $40 which seems a bit high to me. Still recommended.

Why pay for the gym when you can get a workout at home or on the road!
This is LOADED with options for you to strengthen at home! I’m 61 and was so excited to order this kit, because as we get older (BARELY), you lose muscle mass! There is an easy to assemble Pilates bar (3-sections), 6 different resistance bands in different weights (2 X30lb, 2X40lb and 2 X 50lbs) which gives you lots of options, 2 foot loops, 2 HANDle straps, a door anchor and a bag to store it all in or take it with you! There is a small booklet that shows you some moves, but it is not as in-depth as I would have liked, being a newbie to Pilates. There is a QR code on the back of the booklet that says it’s for “Installation Guide + Pro Workout Demos” but only pulls up an unrelated ad, which is confusing. The QR code is the only negative and I am savvy enough to pull up videos for myself for guidance if I want further demos other than what the little booklet shows. The bar is soft and padded and easy to construct and use. The bands are well labeled and offer you options! The door anchor is brilliant; easy to use and gives you more options while being stable and secure! This is great if you travel for work- no excuses not to stay on top of your workout! I am so happy with this kit and especially for the price! Get strong at home, on your timeline, or even on the road!

Nice, compact exercise band kit.
This works well, and it breaks down small enough to fit in the smallish storage bag pretty easily.The bands are strong and offer a good variety of resistance options, by themselves or combined.The only thing that distinguishes this from other resistance band kits released over the last 20 years or so is the bar. This type of sectional bar has been showing up in tons of things lately due to the increasing proliferation of CNC machines, since it allows fairly thin, lightweight metal to hold heavier loads are resist more tension than other bars that break down into pieces. The bar sections are hollow, lightweight steel that has the threads molded into one end. This works great for high tension things like curtain rods or exercise bars because there is a lot of surface to surface contact without wiggle or movement. This lets the bar break down into storable sections without losing strength when it is assembled.Other than that, it has a piece that is held in place by a door for pulling exercises, a pair of handles, and a pair of stirrups.This is actually a good kit at a decent price. Do not be too put off by the AI generated woman with the tush implants that is in all the product photos. Looking over other reviews, I agree that the instructions are minimal. I do not find this to be a problem since there are countless resources online for functionally identical products.

Great quality and works perfect with my vibration plate
I really wanted to step up the workout I was getting with my vibration plate. This kit has everything I need to work out my arms and my legs while getting the benefits of vibration. All the pieces are well constructed and made from quality parts. All the bands Are very durable and a kit like this is a value for your money. There is also a travel bag so that you can take all the parts with you or easily store them. Included in the box is the Pilates bar, six resistant bands, 2 foot loops, two handle straps, one door anchor, the storage bag and an instruction guide. The resistance bands are very stretchy and the handles are very comfortable. Everything is easy to use. All parts are a perfect size to work with my vibration plate. I am very happy that I ordered this kit.
