This vest is vest comfortable and easy to use. Do not start too heavy. Start light and work your way up. I would not spend too much because the idea is to use for a a certain amount of time then move up. This fits the bill! Then you can change colors if you like. Also works well for women with big boobs.

I love this vest!
Pros: -It’s comfortable. -It doesn’t slide around. -It has a double pocket that fits my phone or my baby monitor for my nap time treadmill walks. -The pocket is removable and can be attached pretty much anywhere. -The pink is super cute.
Cons: -It rubs my underarm after a while. (I do one hour+walks.) but it’s no big deal if you wear a shirt with sleeves or if your skin isn’t that sensitive. I still don’t always wear sleeves so it’s really not that bad. -Kinda wish the weight was adjustable but that would require a totally different style.

The overall product is good , aides in weight loss and exercise, it fits very well and it was worth my $30. It didnt have any smell , i’ve been seeing that it smelled. I haven’t had that issue. My only issue is that I’m missing my pouch other than that great product for the price.
