I ordered my usual size but petite bc I’m 5’3, PERFECT!!!
Excellent quality materials and seams , easy to slip on and off with shoes. I ordered my usual size in regular pants , I am 180, XL petite because I am 5’3, very roomy waist and just the right length, a little baggy in the legs but that’s to be expected for easy undressing . I rode my bicycle with ease, with leggings underneath ,nothing got caught or in the way, kept me noticeably warmer and comfortable in cold rainy weather. I think I got the BEST rain pants on Amazon ! Very happy , thank you !!

You can wear them over your normal pants. Not just for women. Great for staying dry in the rain.
It says women’s rain pants but they’re basically universal for any gender.They have zippers and velcro at the bottom so that you can keep them from sliding around.You can also put these over your shorts or your pants so if you want something to put on when it’s pouring rain so you don’t get soaking wet from the waist down buy these things. They won’t just keep you dry they’re comfortable and smooth! They also dry pretty quick and you can store them in a backpack.

Amazing rain pants
I bought these pants for Iceland and they are absolutely amazing. Seriously this a real review from a real person. My only gripe is that 5’4 and under is the “short” version and I am 5’1 so they were definitely a bit long but with hiking boots they were fine. I also read a lot of reviews that made me nervous to buy them because people said they ran so large. I am 5’1, 105 lb. I got the XS Short. They were absolutely fine. Sure, the waistband was slightly big, but I preferred this because I always had another shirt tucked into them, a jacket, etc. Felt totally normal. They are lightweight, easy to pack, and extremely comfortable. Good to wear alone or with long johns underneath if it’s cold. Now for the waterproof-ness. They are completely 100% waterPROOF, not water-resistant. I got blasted by a waterfall and my butt was completely dry driving back. They dry instantly and are completely water-wicking. Don’t bother with those expensive rain pants people talk about, just buy these. People also said they were very loud/swishy when walking and I didn’t really notice this.

Kept me Dry in a Downpour
I bought these ahead of going to a Renaissance Faire. Forecast was calling for rain all day, heavy at times. It was a rain or shine event, no refunds, so we were going no matter what. It rained steadily for a couple of hours, then off and on. I stayed dry. I sat down on a soaked bench, didn’t get a wet bum. These pants are truly waterproof and worked so well!These are designed to go over other pants, but they could be worn solo. I wore them over leggings. They weren’t too bulky and fit great around the waist. Definitely order up a size if you plan to wear over jeans, sweatpants, or other thick pants. If wearing alone or with leggings or similar thin base-layer, probably fine to order your normal size unless you want them to be baggy.The zippered pockets are awesome, and a must-have to keep items like a wallet, tissues, car keys, etc. dry. My wallet didn’t get wet in the pockets. The drawstring at the bottom of the pant leg is also essential in my opinion, so you can keep the wind and rain out easier. I wore these with rubber booties which worked perfectly.Being the material they are, they will be noisy when you walk (woosh woosh sound). But there not horrible. And if you’re walking around in rain, you don’t even really notice.If they get muddy, you can brush or wipe most of it off once it dries.I washed them on gentle cycle with cold water and hung them to dry. They seemed to do just fine like that.These aren’t super fashionable, but they could be a lot worse! But most importantly, they actually work at keeping you dry and that’s what matters. I would recommend 100%.

These are great, buying them for a trip to cold and rainy Europe. Just tested them out definitely waterproof and windproof. Wearing them over some fleece lined tight and I’m.good to go

Unfortunately I was in between sizes which is normal for me. I’m tall and have some extra weight on me but I don’t have much of a belly so when you get above an XL size, there is sooo much extra fabric in the stomach area. Which makes sense because a shorter girl wearing a XXL would probably have a much bigger of a belly.So the XL fit but since there is zero stretch, they were a little bit snug when sitting but not uncomfortably snug. But figured I’d try the XXL so if I wanted to wear a layer underneath I could. Well the XXL pants were just massive on me, even with a layer underneath. Hard to tell from the pic but it’s easily a good 2″ size difference on the entire pant between sizes which seems like a lot.I decided to stick with the slightly snug when sitting XL after all.These are 100% waterproof. I have an upcoming week long portaging trip and need true waterpoof pants so I ran these under the faucet at full stream, for a good 30 seconds and water beaded off and nothing got thru to the other size. My hand on the inside of the pants was totally dry.I also love the pockets and the mesh interior which makes a massive difference for the breathability – if you didn’t know this yet, that mesh layer makes the breathability leaps and bounds better than pants without the mesh layer. Oh and should add the velcro and zipper at the bottom to make the pants more customizable for your needs.I highly recommend if you’re looking for a breathable rain pant that will keep you dry.
