Best shoes!
My opinion of this shoe? Amaaaazing shoe, truly.I have quite a few sneakers in different brands, none cheap.I need a very good quality sneaker for comfort, and hiking with my dog. I just CAN NOT tolerate uncomfortable shoes any more. I’m older, my feet are more sensitive, I have arthritis.I need a shoe for hiking dusty, gravel (large pieces at times) trails with tons of ruts, bumps, and overall extremely uneven surface. I have trail shoes and they are ok. Ugly looking as all get out, but they do work. I wanted a REALLY cute shoe, that is a trail shoe and lo and behold I find Brooks.The Cascadia shoe is a true trail shoe. Look at the soles. They grip extremely well. I cross winding creeks (several crossings for one creek) to continue on the trail and the rocks I step on are extremely slippery. These shoes GRIP- finally! My Ortho Feet trail shoes do not give me stability on wet, slippery rocks. I slip, and slide just as much as when I’m wearing skechers.It’s really an important feature because I don’t want to be 2 miles in, and break my ankle on a slippery rock.The toe area is raised to help your foot “rock” forward, making your movements easier. It feels natural.The toe room is phenomenal. My toes are sitting naturally inside these shoes.The arch support is as good as Ortho Feet (they excel in arch support in my humble opinion).These ARE slip ins though the laces and tongues need adjusted.I’ll be adding water resistance with Scotchguard.They call this color gray. It is actually light, blue with gray and bright orange/ peach accents, it looks stunning.I love this shoe so much, I’ve ordered another color.BEST brand ever – BROOKS.

So comfortable and great tread for the trails. Size is perfect, I’m an 8.5 and got an 8.5. Lighter than the picture but still like the color.

Great fit, Support and Comfort
I have worn Brooks athletic footwear the last five years due to the comfort, quality and sturdiness of their shoes. They have never failed in providing the support I need due to having foot issues. Also, I do not need to wear my orthotics with the Brooks brand as with previous ” best seller” brands.

Oh wow! I have had several styles of Brooks and these rock to the very top! Style, fit, color, comfort, durability are insurmountableTop of the list for every thing! I wear a ladies 8 running shoe and they are perfect and true to size. Unbelievable softness and landing upon impact! Worth every dollar!

Exceeded Expectations
Wanted to add trail running to the mix and I’m already used to the Brooks Ghost. The Cascadia is so comfortable, has great traction and is surprisingly light weight. Fits as expected – thank you for making a wide model in such a great color!

Good trail running shoe
I have used these brooks trail running shoes for about 200 miles. I’ve ran mostly on desert/mountain trails. Longest run was a 50k race on desert/mountain trails. This shoe is true to size, I tried to go up a 1/2 size and got blisters. Wearing my normal size I had no blisters even though the shoe feels a little snug on long runs. But that’s also kind of nice because I run in the desert and don’t get any sand in my shoes even though I’m not using gaiters. You can see on the inside heel part that there is some wear on the fabric just after a couple of months of use. I expected the materials to be more durable for a trail running shoes that’s why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. But what’s most important to me is that I’ve done my longest run of 32 miles (50k) and didn’t get any blisters. Also the sole has great grip, I haven’t had any issues with slipping or falling on smooth or rocky terrain. So overall they are a good shoe.

Brooks – Comfortable and true to size
The shoes are true to size and very comfortable, even for extended wear. They fit well and provide good support. The only small detail is that the color looks a bit lighter in person compared to the pictures online. Other than that, everything is great and I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Las he usado para senderismo y trails, me gustan mucho, agarran bien en terrenos de tierra y rocas. Además sin salirme rozaduras ni ampollas como pasa con algunas cuado las estrenas. Las volvería a comprar sin duda.
