Comfortable resistance for mobility and stretching
These elastic bands have several useful features. The doubled material with stitching to form a loop every 4.5 inches provides convenient and comfortable hand grips without knots or separate handles. Unlike the rubber material of most resistance bands, these are soft fabric and more like the elastic bands in clothing. The woven nylon and spandex material should all but eliminate the risk of a painful snap because a band suddenly breaks.The package did not contain any documentation, but sketches of a dozen suggested exercises or poses are woven into the band material. The product description on Amazon mentions that the bands can be machine washed; there is no mention of tumble drying, but heat is often damaging to elastic materials.The bands are clearly marked Light, Medium, and Heavy, but there is not much difference between the three resistance levels. At about 50% extension, I measured tensions of 5.4, 6.3, and 6.7 pounds of force, respectively, for the three bands. Those tensions don’t provide a heavy resistance for strength training, but they are quite good for mobility and stretching exercises, and perhaps some light strength work.Overall, these bands are comfortable to use and offer a wide variety of exercises with no auxiliary equipment required. I prefer them to the tubular rubber type of bands for comfort and for travel, but it would be nice if the resistance varied more between the three strengths and “Heavy” was significantly stronger.

Thoughtfully Designed and Made
Love these stripes. They are comfortable, well made, and provide a variety of hand holds supporting a wide range of stretching and exercises. I love the example uses printed on them and how they look. I recommend this for anyone looking for a nice set of exercise straps.

my thoughts on utilizing this for personal yoga practice
This is a fantastic yoga strap. I really like that. It is so small, but could actually be rolled up and fit into a purse no problem. You can fit into a backpack no problem. You can keep in the trunk of the car or in the backseat. Definitely a lot of versatile options when it comes to storing it and taking it places. I like to keep it in a dresser drawer.When it comes to the usage, it does everything I needed to do. Helps with stretchability for sure. The color is aesthetically really nice. It feels like you’re getting ready to start your practice, which is really great. Nice and sturdy overall durable. Good stretch ability for the actual band.Someone like myself who has always struggled with belts and bands I definitely like this one a bit more than others. I’d recommend it. It’s been a good helper for me to add to our practice.

Good for dynamic and static stretches with added resistance
These seem to have high quality are versatile and can be used for many different workouts and stretches. I have been using them for a while and no complains. I gave it 4 stars since for me the heavy one does not have as much resistance as I like and it feels more medium resistance. I also think the price is a bit high for this set considering the other options. However, I think these are still pretty good for adding some resistance to your stretches to get more of it.

Nice, but concerns about ability to use for resistance training over time
I got these bands because I had some resistance bands from physical therapy that I used for so long that they snapped. I thought these would be a more durable solution (and more environmentally friendly perhaps).I have to say that the design is really good. Such a good idea to have different loops throughout the length so that the user’s size doesn’t matter, and everyone can find an easy spot to hold to get the resistance they need for their exercises. Their ample length also helps make these usable by different-sized people. The bands are well made with good stitching, too. They are clearly marked with their resistance level (light, medium, heavy). They are comfortable to use. It’s nice that they are machine washable, too. I’d let them air day, though.So, why not more stars? Because while these are good, I have serious concerns that the elastic in these will wear out and stretch like old pajama elastic. I’d definitely keep these out of a hot, low-humidity area. They’ll also probably do better if you use them more than you let them sit. Time will tell how these hold up.Also, at $44.99 (cost at the time of this writing), I feel like these are a bit too pricey and not a great value.

Finally, a Workout Partner That Doesn’t Complain
These straps are like the Swiss Army knife of stretching—tons of grip spots, built-in workout ideas, and tough enough to survive my most “creative” exercise attempts. If you want gear that makes you look like you know what you’re doing (even when you’re winging it), give these a try.

Good design but not high resistance …and pricey !
Ordered them for my love about more natural (feeling) material fabric over rubber based bands.Loop design allows better grip and resistance naturally from elastic but additionally adjusting distance between loops depending on exercise. I have used non-elastic loop kind for calf stretching and was happy so had high hopes with elastic ones.Its a set of 3 elastic bands from LIFE OF KOI brand in varying shades of green from light to dark for resistance levels light , medium and heavy . Each band made of nylon / spandex blend and 58 inch long and with 13 loops all numbered and cool exercise imagery. Love the aesthetics.Main problem for me it lacks resistance. Specs dont clarify actual resistance levels (lbs) so felt misled.Light ones has no resistance. Even for heavy it felt like light (or medium at best) in comparison to rubber material unless I got a defective ones. And its only gonna deteriorate with use. Factor in high price (44.99 at time of ordering) it does not justify value so surely disappointed.Overall not bad quality bands for yoga , pilates and lighter workout if you get them at reasonable price point. Well each to their own.
