Great strap for physical therapy
Glad I bought this stretch out strap. It’s helping with my knee therapy and is good for regular exercising. I like that it has 11 loops with the center loop to put my foot in and to hold both ends with my hands while doing knee bends.

Get Your stretch On!
I think the wording of stretching got me a bit confused since I thought the strap itself was stretchable. Even though it’s not it still seems like a great way to stretch your arms and legs with a bunch of different styles. The bands for your feet are very durable as is the stitching on each slot. I like that it offers a book that helps with almost every type of stretch you can think of. I thought this would be something I wouldn’t use since I got it confused however it’s made my exercises so much easier since trying it. I find it extremely helpful to loosen up my my body before workouts and even on days I don’t exercise but just have a lot to do. These are definitely the kind of stretches I’d never be able to do myself with the long band. My only suggestion would be to be careful if using for the first time since it is possible for your feet to fall out while in a high raised position. Overall this is a great value with the book combined and highly recommend for anyone.

Over the course of our lifetimes, we all suffer some minor bumps and bruises, and at times some of us suffer even more serious ones, leading us to our local Physical Therapy (P.T.) office. It seems that over the last 10 years or so I have become a frequent flyer at mine. As a result, I have invested into many of the tools necessary to keep me on my feet and back in action, with this being one of them.If you’re not familiar with this brand, this company was the pioneer of the “Original OPTP Stretch Out Strap” which was the first stretching strap to come to market in 1993. The original strap is a green color, with 10 loops, and the one I first used at my P.T. office. When I decided it was time for me to get a strap for home use, I took a look at the many others out there, and ultimately selected the OPTP strap knowing it is a great product. I have no regrets with my purchase, have had it quite a while, and only wish it came bundled with a storage solution to keep the exercise booklet and the strap together, help with toting it around, and keep it free of dirt/debris. For a long time I have been using the original green strap as instructed, but always found it slightly awkward to hold in place as the straps are not even on both sides, making it a touch confusing as to how to best position myself. It was never a major issue, but just something that was present. Now, ENTER this OPTP STRETCH OUT STRAP PRO with the centered 11th loop, and VOILA now we have a whole new ball game! This strap is just so much more comfortable. This strap (and the original) are MADE IN U.S.A. of quality materials that will last a lifetime, and deserves a place in everyone’s home gym/workout area. It is a staple that you will find as the years go on, that you will need or want more and more. I was in a hotel once with a friend who was suffering some issues and was so grateful that I had my strap with me. It is convenient to carry as it is small and doesn’t weight that much, and will fit into most bags. Perhaps you too will find it on your packing list the next time you go somewhere. There is nothing worse than spending a day touring, only to find yourself sore the next day and needing that stretch.If you can’t tell I am thrilled to have my new 11 loop strap, and at $16.95 it is a one time investment that will last you a lifetime. After all, we are nothing without our health, and this strap will easily benefit everyone no matter what age, sex, or gender.Happy stretching 🤓

Ok but could have been much better
I wish the middle hoop was big enough to get my foot in whilst wearing a shoe. It’s too small unless you exercise bare foot
