great for slow breathing
This necklace looks nice and is unassuming. The quality of the chain and pendant are also good. You have the ability to adjust the length of the chain so it will fit most people and and adjust to your length preference. The pendent is hallow so it it can be used for slow breathing or like a fidget. If you blow lightly it is silent. However, it should be noted that if you try to blow hard it will make noise. I got this for my son because he has anxiety and adhd. He fidgets a lot. He likes this because it can help him focus and help him stay clam by slow breathing. He started blowing on it hard and it was loud. He would get in trouble at school for distracting others if he blows hard into it, but if he blows slowly as intended it is silent. Since it doesn’t look like a fidget and looks like a regular necklace he likes to wear this at school.

Not going to help you stop smoking don’t buy
This is terrible. I would not recommend it at all if you’re trying to smoke this is in no way going to help you when I brought it to Staples to return it. I asked the guy at the counter. What do you think this is and he said a whistle😂😂. Now that’s hysterical. Don’t get it.

I’ve had/used other options and where this one stands out is the nice quality and the effort to make it a bit more stylish looking. The addition of the little rectangular tag helps it feel more like a piece of jewelry than some kind of “aid.” When I remember to use it it does help me to stay calm and grounded.When ordered it was listed as $12.99 and I think that is a great price for the quality and style of this necklace.**Note** I received this item at a reduced cost as part of the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my honest review.
