One day at a time. This is what we all need to live by. Staying/ beingin the present moment makesbig moves. Little steps get us to take big measures. You will get where you need to be one day at a time. Thinking about the future is anxiety and thinking about the past is depression and they run off of each other. The best thing to do is stay present. You will be able to handle anything as the day comes.The color seems to be authentic along with the quality. The size is a little smaller then other sellers .I expected it to be a little thicker, but that doesn’t change anything because it’s still a great crystal/Stone.I do believe that amethyst brings comfort to anyone. Wish they were somewhat bigger. I have already purchased a second one for a family member but in a different color. My only real problem is finding no packing paper in box so my two items are being tossed around in the to big of a box they came in.
