The MERACH Ab Machine showed up and immediately made me question every life choice that led to me needing it—but in a good way.
Setup was straightforward. No confusing “if you attach part A to emotion B” instructions. You put it together, and it basically just waits for you to stop procrastinating and start suffering—respectfully.
First workout? Let’s just say this machine doesn’t negotiate. It’s smooth, adjustable, and gives you control… but don’t get it twisted, it’s still going to remind you that your core has been on vacation.
The motion is clean and consistent, and it actually helps you stay focused on form instead of flailing around like you’re trying to escape responsibility. After a few sets, you start hearing your abs talk back like, “yo, relax.”
Build quality feels solid for home use. It doesn’t feel flimsy or like it’s going to fold under pressure—because you will be under pressure.
What I like most is that it turns “I should work out” into “I guess I have to work out since it’s right here staring at me.” That’s half the battle.
From a grown-man perspective: it’s a good investment if you want something simple that gets straight to the point. No gym membership motivation speeches required.
Overall, clean design, effective workout, and humbles you in under 10 minutes. Can’t really ask for more.
Would recommend—just don’t blame the machine when you start walking past mirrors a little slower.

It works, feel the burn!
I am 10 months postpartum and bought this to try to gain back some core strength that was weakened by pregnancy. I was able to set it up on my own pretty quickly. I’ve only used it a couple times but I immediately felt the burn, and was a little sore the next day. The digital rep counter works with each rep but I would not be surprised if it stops working eventually. The rep counter just feels cheap, but the rest of it feels high quality and stable. Overall I think it’s a worthy purchase for at-home workouts! Will update if something changes.

Definitely Works!
It’s too soon to tell if it won’t mess up since I just got it today. Super easy to assemble. This was my first handy Mandy work and I did a pretty good job on my own. (I hope). The thing where you rest your knees does wobble a little too much but I’m hoping it’s not because I assembled it wrong. I will be double checking that out soon. I did 8 counts and felt like my bladder was going to burst inside lol. Super out of shape but you can tell this workout machine is gonna really do its job. If you have lower back problems as I do BEWARE that it will target that spot even on the lowest level. (I couldn’t do the highest level if my life depended on it) 😂 ..Overall everything was inside the box thank goodness cause I would’ve had to return it 🙁 it came a bit messy inside but nothing was missing. It also came with instructions but I guided myself with the video that’s on display when you swipe thru the pics on Amazon. Would I recommend? HELL YESS. It will definitely target the belly area. You will feel the burn on your arms and your knees unfortunately. I’ll be wearing knee pads and a waist trainer to protect my lower back. Up to you what you wear. Just be careful if you’re a beginner like me. This will definitely not be easy to use at first but I’m sure we can get use to it with time. (: Also the foam pads are very good quality. They won’t tear off easily so I’m sure they’ll be durable. I love blue so the color is very beautiful. Oh just FYI if you’re a tall person this might be a little small for you. I’m between 5’6/5’7 and the machine is about right in length. However I feel if you’re taller it might be a little difficult for you to use. Good thing is this product qualifies for returns! Another reason why I bought this besides the very affordable price.

fun way to do core exercises with the family
i purchased 2 of these. why 2? so me and my wife can exercise together, so my daughter can hop on one if i decided to exercise, and because they are cheap enough to buy 2.Assembly was easy enough that i probably could figure it out without any instructions, but instructions are provided.i am a fat guy 350lb 6’1. i have only used for a few days but I like that it feels like it can support my large body and the foam offers nice support as well. I’m not completely out of shape, i do weekly cardio at a local gym and lift weights at home but neglected my core for a long time.aside from the ab workout i also feel like I’m exercising my lower back which has eased some of my discomfort already. elastic bands have been included for arm workouts and while i appreciate their inclusion they aren’t that practical. i get better resistance using free weights but if you only want to tone your arms instead of strength training then the elastic bands are fine. it is currently a fun way to engage in an age old exercise i hope the novelty doesn’t wear off.

It Works But Longer Handlebars Needed
Great product. However it’s not as big as I expected, which is good for space but being the handlebars aren’t longer I discovered this is causing my wrist to hurt as I pull up on it. I am 5’6 and 195 pounds. I am working on fitness and reducing belly fat and this is the perfect size. I currently use it on the rug and it does not slip or slide. Perfect size for in home use without having to need an at home gym. I whip it out in the living room and sometimes my bedroom for quick Ab workout and it fits perfect and easy to collapse for storage until next use. I would order more equipment this size. Just wish there was some sort of adjustment for the handle bars to make it more comfortable to hold.
