Great for our home workout
This Pilates kit is so multifunctional. There’s so much exercise exercises and workouts that can be done with this one board and it’s different attachments and parts. The attachments are really easy to take on and takeoff. They’re also sturdy so they won’t just fall off in the middle of an exercise. It seems pretty safe. I’ve been able to work out safely and use this kit for my benefit. Luckily it has an instructions that tells you what goes what and how to use each part . I do like that. It comes with a little pad for elbows or arms. I also like the slide leg part. It’s cool that it comes with the phone stand so I can watch workouts or read or watch a show while working out. Each handlebar has adequate grip and it’s soft. I do think it should come with a a bag that you can put all the contraptions in when not using it and so they’re easy to find and it won’t get lost. This is a space saver so it pulls up. It’s relatively lightweight easy to move and take down.
