OMG! This is worth the money. I have been suffering for over two years with shoulder and neck pain. This product massages the pain and applies heat to it. I just love it!

It’s Okay
I have mixed feelings about this. The massage lasts 15 minutes. The kneading and heat feel nice though I wish it got hotter. It’s advertised for back and neck; however, because it’s so small, it’s uncomfortable on these areas if not positioned just right. I think it works best on legs. It comes with a cord that works in the cigarette/auxiliary power port of the car. So, I like that I can use it on breaks. I, unfortunately, paid regular price for this. If you can get it on sale, I think it’s worth a try. However, for the full sale price, skip it. There are products with better features for the same or slightly more money.

It gets the kinks out but you can’t use it for more than about 10 minutes before it starts hurting. I think it would be better if the roller balls were softer. I give it a 4 out of 10 rating.

Great massage and heat BUT…. The strap broke after about 20 days. I left it on one chair and never moved it.It started to give me problems within 30 days where it would work sometimes but not work others.Then at the 2 month mark, it stopped working all together.Same quality as something you would buy at Five Below but not Amazon for almost $50. Save your $.

Quite intense! Good massager, but the heat is very subtle.
This is a decent massager, but there are a few things you should know. The rotating nodes feel like large circles moving across your back, and even on the lowest setting, the massage is quite intense. I wouldn’t recommend it for sensitive people or those who prefer a gentle touch. Also, the heating function is very subtle – you can barely feel it. Overall, it’s effective if you like a deep-tissue sensation, but it might be too much for some.

OMG – I’ve got a pinched nerve in my neck and I’ve been looking for the past month for something to help ease the pain in my neck and shoulders. After Christmas, Instagram and other platforms have been heavily marketing some products that look as though they would be perfect for pinched nerve relief but after doing some research, they were all made in China and had low reviews. Heating elements didn’t work, sometimes the product didn’t even show up. Regardless, I was getting desperate and even thought about taking a chance on one of these products despite the poor performance reviews. I stumbled onto the Boriwat massager and from the video and pictures, it looked as though it would tackle the place I needed massaging. Okay, the massager showed up today and I can’t believe how crazy good this product is. It takes a lot for me to write a rave review but I had to share in case you are dealing with the same pain as me. There are multiple modes for intensity, same for direction of massage. I had a massage just before Christmas and this product feels like a hands massaging my neck and shoulders. I love the ability to turn the heat on or off. I iced my shoulders after using the heat and it felt like heaven. It appears you can also use the same product on your back, abdomen, calf and thigh as well as feet. I haven’t tried any other areas yet as I need to get the pinched nerve in my neck under control. Can’t wait to use this product again tomorrow!!!! Fantastic price – does everything it says it will do and more.

Marginal quality and performance
I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. It’s slowly started to separate and there’s no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didn’t do anything to it. I just leaned back against it.You can’t even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it.I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but it’s also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but it’s almost like a wedge back pillow you can’t really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles.I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component.Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you don’t have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

Does not work as advertised
I thought from the reviews that it would have more power and would have more functions/modes than it does. I imagined sitting in a massage char and leaning back and getting the deep massage I need. Nope, if you lean back it goes even slower now matter how high you have the intensity. I do like that it comes with a car charger so you can use this at home or in the car if you just need a light effleurage massage. If you need something deep and intense, this is not why you’re looking for.
