Do you ruminate and spiral? This is your journal
If you are looking for a journal to help when you are spiraling or getting stuck thinking about the same encounter over and over this is a great option to help you move through those feelings. For me, this is not a daily journal. it is just for those moments where I am stuck ruminating on something that happened. I use this journal to write out and think through what my thought process is that is leading me to ruminate and hopefully move past it. It helps. I wouldn’t say that it solves the problem but it helps. The pages repeat once you get past the beginning section but the technique is similar to cognitive behavioral therapy.

Works well for working through hard events. However 99% of the pages are the exact same thing. Was hoping for more of a work book with skill building. Does have cute stickers.

After the first few pages, every single page of this journal is identical. I guess the formula or breakdown of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is the same, but Clever Fox could have included a vision board, personality questionnaires, self maintenance or check in interim pages too. I’m not sure that I have the patience to work through the steps. One problem at a time.
