Small but mighty
Small but it can hold several big pills in each compartment. It looks good and with clear letters. The lids close and seal very nicely, so there is no risk for certain supplements, like multivitamins, to discolor after sitting in it for a few days. It is also a very good size for traveling. It looks well made and durable. Good value for the money.

Great little pill organizer.
This pill organizer is the perfect size for me, but I wanted something small that wouldn’t take up a lot of room. It’s big enough for the four pills I put in each day, but the pills aren’t large. Just be aware of the size when you order it. The little doors are a bit stiff and take a small amount of effort to open. This is good for me because I don’t have to worry about traveling with it, but if you have weak fingers or arthritis, it could be an issue. Perhaps it will loosen up over time.Overall, I’m pleased with it and with the price.

The plastic feels sturdy, and the lids snap closed securely (without being difficult to open) Each compartment fits all my daily meds comfortably, and the labels don’t seem like they will chip.Simple, reliable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Definitely recommend!

This thing is TINY! Only 6 inches long.
This thing is tiny! I had a larger one that needed to be replaced, and this looks exactly like it. Imagine my surprise to find this is easily 1/4 the size (or less). That said, it does hold all of the pills I need it to hold, but the size was a shocker.I realize I should have read all the fine print; that said, I have never seen such a tiny pill organizer in my life. That’s what I get for assuming. I’ll keep it as it does work for my needs and will take up less space. Just beware it’s tiny!

It was a little bigger than I expected but there is lots of room for pills, medication or vitamins. It’s easy to read with large letters and there is just enough snap on the closing to keep it closed but still be easy to open

Not arthritis friendly – sharp edges and corners
Bought this because it was inexpensive. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. It looks nice but it has sharp edges and corners, and the compartments are hard to open with my arthritic fingers – so not easy to use. It’d be better to pay a couple dollars more for a pill organizer that’s easy to open and has smooth edges and corners — and that doesn’t feel like it’s going to cut my sensitive fingers.
