Good and Good for You
This is a great supplement powder because it combines four important things our bodies need. It tastes great mixed with water, but I have tried it with plain yogurt, too – and it’s delicious. I have recommended it to others and encourage you to give it a try. You’ll be glad you did.

Prebiotic Drink Mix
Very delicious Prebiotic drink mix. I used a HEAPING 2 scoops in about 20 oz of water. I have noticed that mixing it with room temp water allows the powder to dissolve fully, and then adding ice to that. The first time I tried to mix with the ice and the powder did not fully dissolve and made the drink grainy. I have defiantly noticed an improvement in my overall regularity, and a mild decrease in my bloat. This is absolutely a great addition to my daily routine.

This is described as a vegan item but it is not. It contains bovine (cow) collagen so beware if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Easy gut health boost
This Fiber Supplement Powder with Probiotics & Collagen by Lifebooil was surprisingly easy to take. The product comes with a small scoop in the bag and each serving is two scoops. I added that scoop to 10 ounces of cold water and found it relatively easy to mix. The directions say to add the powder to 8-10 ounces, but even with the 10 ounces of water the drink tasted a little sweet for me, so I added a bit more water after stirring.This product contains 0g of added sugar, but it does list cane sugar and stevia extract under the other ingredients section. I wanted to try this for the 4g of dietary fiber and I love that it also gives me 2g of collagen and 10mg 1 billion CFU of probiotics per serving. I also like that it is colored with beet juice powder to give it the color of strawberry lemonade.Overall, this is an enjoyable yet sweet mix that easily adds necessary fiber, probiotics, and collagen to my routine, so I would recommend it!

Delicious way to get an extra 4g of dietary fiber
Great tasting fiber and probiotics! The Lifebooil powder contains a negligible amount of collagen despite listing the ingredient as a selling point. Both cane sugar and stevia are used to sweeten the fiber powder, but it only equates to 1g of carbs per dose. The pink powder mixes thoroughly in water without settling or clumping. It makes smoothies or green juices taste fabulous!
