Solid Support! Slippery When Sweaty
These yoga blocks are soft but still firm enough to provide great support. They are definitely firmer than the squishier ones at the gym, which makes them feel more stable and ergonomic overall!!!There is one specific Pilates pose where you place your heel on the edges of one block, and these are a bit too firm for that, so they do not work as well for that particular move. However, that is just one pose, and I have had no issues with anything else.I have had them for about two months now, and they have held up really well with no complaints.The knee pads are honestly aaaamazing. They have made a huge difference in protecting my knees, hands, and joints from discomfort and pain. I do want to mention that they can feel a bit SLIPPERY if you place your palms on them, especially if your hands are sweaty. For most movements though, they still provide good support.

Great for all levels from beginners to more advanced
I was avoiding blocks until now. I have a bit hard time with more advanced yoga poses and believe these blocks will help me level up my practice.
