I have used it to improve my hip flexion, hip extension, shoulder flexion, shoulder extension, shoulder internal rotation and shoulder external rotation ROM by allowing me to reach beyond my normal ability of self-stretching and increasing my functional distance I can stretch. I have noticed a difference already in that I am not as sore daily and I feel like my joints almost move more freely than before. Overall the strap really helps those of us that do not have the greatest range of motion to begin with. The strap is easily cleaned as well with simple soap and water and although I have been using it daily, it still looks exactly like the day I got it.Overall I think this strap is a good value for the money and is competitively priced. This strap would be ideal for someone who wants to improve their general overall physical fitness but maybe lacks the ability or ROM themselves to stretch the appropriate musculature. Overall I am very happy with my pickup and am glad this is part of my regular exercise routine now!

Most Versatile Equipment Ever! So Happy!!
I have a love/hate relationship with resistance bands. There was a long time i wouldn’t even use them because I would be following videos and they would readjust way faster than me, or the slap/pop you get at times (with regular bands). I have had cloth booty bands, and I love them. They made that kind of band work possible for me. So, seeing this, I had to try it.This band does everything!! It has those holes, so those can be foot or hand holes, which increases the uses even more. I have done a lot of band work with it instead of a regular one. A few moves I couldn’t do just because it’s a bit tighter and there are a few exercises that need a lot of give (like stretches that go up and over to the back. I don’t have enough mobility yet to not have a lot of give. Yes, I could have my arms farther apart, but sometimes it needed less give and sometimes more. More complicated to explain than it is. Sorry.) That doesn’t bother me at all though, because it is so versatile.This band is very well made, and I believe a lot longer lasting than usual band materials. – and it doesn’t snap on you!! It’s like a stretchy bathrobe belt. This is the perfect (to me) travel workout or physical therapy/stretching equipment.If I said anything negative, it would be a wish for other color choices.It’s a very good value and I am grateful to be able to use it.(I am so sorry for the lack of good pics. I took them a bit ago, and didn’t get very many good ones, and needed to get the review up. If I am able to go back and edit, I will)

Great for home workouts!
These looped resistance bands have been a really practical addition to my home workouts. The fact that they’re numbered makes it easy to track progress or quickly grab the right level without guessing, which I appreciate more than I expected.The bands feel sturdy and have held up well through regular use without stretching out or losing tension. They’re versatile too, good for stretching, strength training, or just quick at-home workouts when I don’t have time to get to the gym.They’re lightweight and easy to store, so they don’t take up any space, and I can even toss them in a bag if I want to take them on the go. Overall, a well priced, simple but effective set that makes staying consistent a lot easier.

Great for any fitness level
I’m a senior and not able to bend like I used to. I don’t want to lose the flexibility that I still have so I started using this exercise band. I like that you don’t have to be into yoga to use it. There are pictures of different ways to use the band so you can choose what’s best for you. I started with just using it to stretch my arms above my head and shoulders. I started slow because after the first day I felt a little ache in my shoulder blades but it subsided after awhile. After a few days I started bending side to side while holding the band above my head. I’ve been going slow and steady because I don’t want to overdo it but so far I’m feeling pretty good. I’ll add different stretches as I get more comfortable.The band is very strong and stretchs without snapping. My hands fit comfortably in the loops and the edges do not curl or cut into my hands. The edge is strongly hemmed so you don’t have to worry about it unraveling.

Good for stretching and strengthening
This band is well made. The material is thick and soft so it is comfortable to use. The stitching is secure, there’s not any fraying or other material deformations.It’s super easy to use. The loops easily fit over my hands or feet–I can comfortably wear them around my ankle (11″). There’s a yoga stretch where you hold an exercise band and move your arms in a circle, forward and backward. It’s a fantastic stretch for the shoulders but I have to readjust my position a lot when using a static band. The stretch of this band makes moves like that one a lot easier to do smoothly. I think it will also eventually help with my poor proprioception since I will be able to feel more of a response in my body position (if that makes any sense…). The tension is perfect, too. It has just the right amount of resistance to be useful for both stretching and strengthening exercises.
