Refreshing, Convenient, and Effective!
I’ve been trying the REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix Variety (7 Stick Packs) for a few days now, and I’m really impressed. The variety pack is perfect—I can switch flavors depending on my mood, and none of them taste artificial or overly sweet.These single-serve stick packs are extremely convenient for on-the-go hydration, whether I’m at work, traveling, or after a workout. I’ve noticed I feel more energized and less sluggish after using them, which tells me the electrolytes are actually making a difference.I also appreciate that it’s easy to mix, doesn’t leave a weird residue, and isn’t loaded with unnecessary sugar or additives. Overall, a great product for staying hydrated, especially during hot days or after exercise. Highly recommend!

No nausea; delectable
Drank on a well fasted stomach with no nausea resulting. Also, i froze it partially, then shook, which turned it into an icy drink with small ice crystals. Usually i don’t drink that much, but with this, i found myself able to drink an almost 16 ounce bottle at once. So good, even delectable!Also, too salty was never an issue, even with the recommended dose.

Doesn’t Dissolve. Tastes Good Though!
Honestly, many of the flavors taste pretty good. I was surprised I even liked mixed berry quite a bit. The only real downside is this does not dissolve easily at all. I even tried using a milk frother because stirring wasn’t working. There are just some granules that won’t dissolve, so I just down them all at the end! Also, because they all likely use the same base salt mixture, this is true for all flavors.Overall it’s well worth trying the sampler to see what you like. A lot of sampler packs have a ton of dud flavors but this one impressed me.A lot of salts of the key three most people need. Lots of sodium so it’s a good mix for POTS. The only thing a bit lacking is probably the magnesium.Sodium: 810 mgChloride: 1280 mgPotassium: 400 mgMagnesium: 50 mgLike someone else said though, the unflavored one is super nasty. It’s like drinking baking soda in water.

Best electrolyte powder
I love these electrolytes! I’ve tried all the flavors and still can’t pick a favorite. I love how they all come in a pack. I truly feel hydrated by these electrolytes! Not too salty and tastes great. I actually crave these sometimes.

They’re tasty and completely worth it to buy
Love the flavors, not too salty like some other brands, and it works really well. I am an athlete and do pretty rigorous workouts and I genuinely notice a difference when I have these electrolytes. I will also mention that I am someone with a sensitive stomach and these have never bothered me.

Good variety pack to try out
I like these but they do have a strong taste and kinda salty too, which I know is common for electrolyte drinks, but this is more than I’m used to. However, if I split it between two bottles of water instead of, it’s much better in my opinion. Not a bad price either for what you are getting and I’m glad you get to try a variety before you buy a whole pack of them. As far as mixing it, the salt is a little more difficult because the salt crystals are larger. Still mixes ok after a few minutes. Can’t speak truly to the effectiveness as I’ve only tried one so far, but still good in my book.First pack set was damaged and the contents spilled into the bag, but the customer service was amazing and addressed my experience quickly and easily solved it by replacing it 😁👍🏻

I was recommended this brand of electrolyte powder but as I had not tried it I wasn’t sure what flavor to pick. I also liked the idea of the individual packets for convenience. It met all my expectations and I ended up liking most of the flavors. Would recommend if you want to try this brand.

Bought these to try as an alternative to drinking Gatorade Zero for an electrolyte boost. Definitely pricy for just a few single serve packs but wanted to try them all out. Personally loved the strawberry lemonade best. Keep in mind though they definitely are salty (as advertised). I don’t think I like it enough to buy a big container personally. My husband absolutely hated this stuff.I saw a few reviews on here saying that it doesn’t dissolve in water. I used my handheld milk frothing tool to blend the packet contents in a small amount of water first and it completely dissolved. Then I added the rest of my water to dilute. Worked great, zero clumps.
