A bit odd, especially for the price
I am not sure in what sense this pack is supposed to be large. The pockets are not large, my iPhone 16e in a slim wallet case barely fits in the largest pocket, and that phone is not large by phone standards today. The water bottle holder will only accommodate a bottle the size of like a deer park bottle from a multipack – like those slim store brand sized water bottles. It comes with a water bottle, but that bottle does NOT fit into the holder, not without ripping the pocket. I thought the water bottle holder would be an elastic strap or holster, but it’s a (non-elastic) pocket that zips out of one of the side pockets. It takes focus and both hands to get the bottle back in. The last pocket is very small, you can just fit a payment card (e.g. Visa) in the pocket, and maybe your car fob or lip balm. But that’s all that’s going to fit. It’s also not particularly large in terms of the body types it would accommodate. The straps are short but a little adjustable, and elasticized. It will probably accommodate most adults, but not all. In general, the item seems sturdy enough, made out of decent materials. There is no strong/chemical aroma. I think this might be good for casual walking, gardening/leaf raking or other chores, or other situations where you don’t want to be burdened with a bag and won’t need to carry much. But I couldn’t use it on a run, not as a water holding pack, which seems to be its main differentiator. There are identical or nearly identical packs out there for a lot less – like a quarter of the price of this one. It was $20 when I ordered, it’s $14 with a coupon now, which is also not appreciated.

Slim runner’s waist pouch with plastic water bottle pocket.
This is a light and convenient waist pouch for runners or hikers. Its greatest virtue is how slim and lightweight it is, compared to a fanny pack, for example. A fair compromise is that the pockets are shallow/thin, but they can hold most mobile phones, a wallet and items that are generally flat. The plastic water bottle is okay and fits quite snug in its designated pocket that is also zippered. I guess that creates a third zippered slim pocket if you do not plan to carry the water bottle around. The zipper action is smooth, and there are reflective straps along the zipper lines. The belt snaps in place, and it’s adjustable. I am a size 30” waist and had no trouble adjusting this to fit me. I use it for casual running and walking. This slim waist pouch brings me joy.

For runners this would be comfortable, it has a nice mesh backing that doesn’t get hot and sweaty, and the elastic waist band stays tight without binding or slipping. It is lightweight and it fits me well. It seems well made, all the stitching is strong and the zippers work smoothly. I do not really care for the plastic water bottle that comes with it, and the bottle is a tight fit. It goes into the pocket on the right, and you unzip the top and you unzip the bottom so that the pocket is deep enough to hold the bottle. Something the diameter of a soda can would fit well in this pocket. What this running belt reminds me of is the money belts people used to use for travel. You could wear it under your clothing. It will fit a passport and a few other slim items. My phone does fit in it. I will use this when I am outside without pockets, but I don’t think I will bother with the water bottle holder. I will use it for travel to keep my passport secure.

Comfortable belt, but water bottle holder didn’t work for me
I liked the idea of this running belt and it does have some good features. The belt itself is comfortable and adjustable, and it stays in place pretty well without bouncing too much during movement. The pockets are also a decent size for essentials like your phone, keys, or cards.The main issue for me was the water bottle holder. I wasn’t able to get the bottle to fit in the pouch properly, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting this specific belt. It may work with a very specific size bottle, but it didn’t work with what was provided.Aside from that, the material feels lightweight and breathable, which is nice for workouts or walking.Overall, it’s okay as a basic running belt, but if you’re specifically buying it for the water bottle feature, just be aware it may not fit as expected.

Decent belt, however, does not carry water.
The belt of itself would be fine, but if you’re planning on taking any kind of beverage with you forget it. The water bottle they sent with you does not fit. Unless it’s a really narrow bottle forget it and even then it is a hassle to get in while you’re just standing there in your kitchen let alone while you’re in the middle of your activity.

Bad quality running belt
The water bottle won’t fit into the specified area. Very disappointing. The pocket was torn on the inside of both belts I ordered.

Great fit, water bottle and holder, and reflective!
I really like that this running belt comes with a water bottle and holder. The water bottle is a soft plastic squeeze bottle, and it fits perfectly in the belt. The design of the belt is pretty cool. Basically, there is a large middle pocket (big enough for a phone) and two smaller side pockets. The left side pocket unzips on the top and the bottom, and there is longer “pocket” that hangs out of the bottom zipper which holds the water bottle. The middle and right pockets are pleated at the bottom so they can expand a little (i.e., not just flat). There is reflective material across the outside of the pockets and on strips near the buckles for safety and visibility. The straps are stretchy which is great for comfort and they are adjustable. The buckles on the straps are nice and secure so that they don’t slide open or loosen when you’re moving and running. The zippers open and close smoothly. There is mesh on the back so it is breathable which helps keep me cooler. There is also a hole to thread wired earbuds through. This is really a great belt overall! Definitely a good value, especially if you like having water with you but also want your hands free! Definitely recommend it!
