Smooth and silent elliptical motion
I started using this the same day I received it. Other than popping the 2 AAA batteries into the LED readout, there is no assembly required. It’s ready to use right out of the box. It’s solidly built and is heavy, so it doesn’t shift around, even when peddling as fast as I can on a polished wood floor. It has a low profile, which makes it perfect for my 27″ (in height) desk and I’m short (5’1″). The elliptical motion is more forwards and backwards with a small delta in up and down motion, so if you have less clearance under your desk, it won’t cause the issue I had with an under-desk bicycling exerciser. The bicycling pattern made me move my legs with a lot more up and down motion, which in turn caused my body to move side to side. This is not great when you are trying to type on your keyboard, or are in a video meeting. The magnetic resistance goes from almost no resistance to high resistance in 8 increments and is manually set using the big dial on the front of the unit. No dependence on being near an electrical outlet lets you exercise anywhere there’s a flat surface big enough for it and something to sit on. This is not a model built for standing on. So far, it’s everything I’ve been looking for – heavy, quiet, easy to use, low profiled, perfect resistance range, sturdy, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this under-desk elliptical. NOTE: I bought this unit because my job is totally sedentary, and this was causing edema in my ankles. I’ve only been using the elliptical for 2 weeks, and the edema has lessened dramatically in that short a span of time. I’m expecting the edema to become a non-issue by the end of this month. Yay for staying in motion even when you’re sitting at a desk all day long!

This one is sturdy and high quality. I when mostly by Sunny’s reputation] though. But get it on sale. I bought for under my desk, for those long computer work hours.PROS:This machine has a magnetic clutch that works on the resistances amazingly well. I didn’t want a motorized unit because I wanted more natural feedback resistance.-has a nice exercise/workout app for freeCons:-It does slide a bit on the bare (laminate) floor which is a bit annoying. [seems to be one corner front pad].-it did develop an annoying clicking noise (the right pedal?) after a few days. It is soft, but still present.Except for these factors, I am pretty satisfied. Besides, it would have been a work out just to return this heavy machine.

Amazing replacement elliptical for my new health journey.
After many years of using a different elliptical device I am excited to start my new fitness journey. This elliptical was easy to setup and start using right out of the box. The Bluetooth hooked up very quickly and linked up with apple health. I have already done 2 workouts and feel the difference in my muscles.The movement is smooth and quiet. It’s sturdy and the stride length is comfortable.I highly recommended this for anyone looking to start getting back into shape.

Not sure smart version is worth the extra money
I really like a lot of things about this peddler. But I paid more to get a smart app version and haven’t used that. The app isn’t that easy to use. I wish I got the model that isn’t smart. and yes it’s true that it works out of the box and will definitely help you with your physical therapy goals.

Used it for one week and after the first week, elliptical smelled like oil every single time I used it. After inspection, found out that the left pedal had oil running down from somewhere. Returned it before it had a chance to stain my floors. 2 stars for smoothness and weight.

Best under desk elliptical
This elliptical is perfect for if you’re really needing to do exercise, especially if you have a sit-down job. The knob adjusts the tension. Other brands, especially any that are electric, they do the work for you so it just “looks” like exercise but isn’t really. This elliptical is perfect as it lets you control the amount of tension and also helps to keep track of stats.The Bluetooth doesn’t seem to work tho.

the machine itself is great and I’ve been enjoying it so far! its useful for my restless legs while I work. but it came with some black stuff on the legs which is thought was normal so I just cleaned it up, but as I used it more I noticed this black powder was falling from the gear part and was making a mess. minus a star for that. but other than that I really love the pink it matches my room so well.

I’ve been struggling with exercise and mobility for years, thanks to my arthritic knee, hip and ankle joints. I tried something similar to this years ago but it was too light and unusable due to it violently shaking and slipping across the floor during use. No such worries with this! It’s light enough to move to where I need it but heavy enough to stay put. And for the first time in years I can feel it doing me good. Works just perfectly for me. I get easily bored with machine exercising so enjoy the fact I can read or do puzzles on my iPad whilst exercising. The only issue I had was that the batteries/manual were missing from the box. But you require minimal instruction anyway & batteries were easily found.
