Sleep tight
It’s a little difficult to connect to bluetooth for the first time. But once they are set up they work like a charm. Clear audio the design is comfortable. I live in a neighborhood that always has something going on. And I am a lite sleeper. I wear these particularly in the summer months I fall to sleep listening to white noise storms. Was able to sleep completely through the night.. I have bought 4 of these and everyone loves them great for plane ride from Florida… can’t hear a single kid…

Good, but I wish the ear piece placement was adjustable for different head sizes
I have no complaints with this sleep mask in terms of connectivity and comfort. It is also pretty because it is purple and let’s face it, purple is the best. But, the ear pieces are sewn in and they are too far back.When I put the mask tight enough to keep it on my head, the earpieces are both about half an inch behind my ear-holes, which says to me that this mask is intended to be used by people with a larger head than mine. I am a woman, but I do not have an abnormally small head (it’s 21.5 inches); according to Google, a medium hat would fit me (i.e., a typical woman sized hat).I like that I can pull it tight enough to stay on, but doing so completely changes the listening experience because it is not as loud or immersive. This could be remedied by making the earpieces detachable and sew in different slots the ear pieces could fit into, or by offering different sizes other than this one, which is a large imo. Wearing it looser doesn’t work because it’s not tight enough to put the earpieces right up to your ears. When I use the palms of my hands to cup the ear pieces to my ears, the sound is amazing! It makes me all the more sad. 🙁

Not bad, but the battery/control box is in a terrible spot.
The mask itself is very soft and comfortable and it does a good job blocking light. The speakers are cheap but acceptable for playing some soft music or white noise while sleeping. They’re certainly not winning any sound quality awards though. My biggest issue is with the location of the control box/battery. It sits right in the middle of my forehead and for some reason they decided to put it on the inside of the mask with very little padding between it and my face. For that reason, it is very noticeable and presses into your face while wearing it. The box is very hard and doesn’t feel great. It’s not necessarily painful just annoying. I feel like placing the box on the outside of the mask would have been a much better choice. I may try to use a velcro strip or something to put it on the front of the mask instead of in the pouch it’s supposed to go in. It’s not bad enough to be a dealbreaker but it is an annoyance.Update: I moved the box to the front of the mask (where it should have been to begin with) and attached it with a velcro strip. MUCH more comfortable there since it’s on the outside with no pressure squeezing it against my face as well as a lot more padding between the box and my face. I don’t understand why they didn’t just put the pouch to hold it on the outside of the mask instead of the inside, very poor design choice. Not changing my rating, because I shouldn’t have to modify a product to make it functional, but it is at least much more usable and comfortable now.

Great customer service
Updated: Worked great at first, but I’ve found none of the sleepmask headphones of various brands have lasted longer than 3-4 months, even with careful use. The area where you plug the charger in my sleepmask was defective, so the metal crumbled and it no longer charged. I was very disappointed however the seller responded to my review and refunded my money. I appreciate such great customer service and standing behind their product. Will buy again.

Update:Topoint contacted me and said that they’d refund my purchase and send me a new headphone/mask. Great response, but I’ve heard nothing since and so i have togive this a 1 star. Too bad. I liked the product and now i have to get Amazon involved. Good luck with that huh?I would give this product a 5 star review. It’s a great item. It works well, charges fast, feels nice, blocks out light, sound is great.BUT!!! It has stopped charging. I have had minimal use since I bought it 1-19-25 and now the battery won’t charge and I have no way to contact the company. And part of the problem in replacing the battery is that the speakers are permanently attached to it and I’m left with just a sleep mask. Please someone from Topoint contact me and tell me how to return it while it is still under its 1 year warranty. Thank you.P.S. If they will not honor the warranty, then I would say DO NOT buy this Bluetooth sleepmask.

So far so good
So far this has been exactly what I needed. I suffer from chronic fatigue disorder and this sleep mask has helped me fall a sleep slightly faster than I have been able to in a while. The built in headphones were simple to sync with my phone and make listening to my sleep aids easy and the whole headband is comfortable making staying asleep possible. I am also a hot sleeper but the headband doesn’t effect that as it is pretty little weight, soft, and the fabric is breathable. Overall 5 out of 5 stars from me. I will update if anything changes.

This was the most invaluable product to use on deployment. Sharing a tent with 50 people, you can imagine the noise. I was able to sleep before lights out (the darkening of the mask was impeccable) and I was able to block out all the snoring around me. I sleep in many positions; the mask was comfortable in each one. Best sleep mask I’ve ever used and the headphones are amazing.Even my daughter enjoys it when we sleep at a family’s place when it might be noisy. I may need to purchase one for her as well (I wish it came in a kids size).

It’s very soft and feels well made. The speakers are thin and don’t bother my ear to sleep on them. The elastic band holds it in place well. I move around a lot in my sleep but it doesn’t fall off. It blocks out all the light, it does leak a small amount under the nose but if your room is somewhat dark to begin with, you shouldn’t notice. The battery life is really good, I’ve used it 2 nights and haven’t charged it yet. I like that the volume controls can can track skip. Overall this is a very good sleep mask and I would highly recommend it!

This is a fabulous product. It is soft and comfortable. I wear in the evening and listen to books before bed. Sound is good for what I am using it for. I use it almost every evening for 1-5 hours and I only charge them once a week.The only thing I would complain about, is that they are very warm, not cooling at all, sometimes I sweat with it on, but am use to using ear buds, not having anything on my face. So that might be why.I purchased them on March 11, 2025 and It is now May 9, 2025. I will keep you posted if anything changes.

I wear it every night. It’s perfect. I can feel the speaker under my ear, but my pillow is not firm, so it doesn’t bother me. I find it slips around a little, so make sure the velcro is in a good position for your head size.
