The quality is great and it comes with so much stuff: socks, wrist bands, resistance bands, 2 carrying totes, etc. The product, once tested was quite easy to assemble and put together. It's very portable. Place all your items in the bag and go! With the amount of resistance tubes in the kit, you have the choice of making your workout as easy or difficult as you want it to me. This is also beginner friendly. Very effective pilates workout kit and I highly recommend!
